Chapter 11

Lauren's pov

Camila and I were messing around in the hallway, laughing and joking we were waiting for our friends to get here so we can leave sight for food.

Yes our friends, they're my friends they're the ones who said that, I like it they're absolutely great people I'm glad to call them my friends.

"Hey Lauren" Camila said, I nod

"Give me hug" Camila said, I chuckle and nod

"Okay" I laugh, she smiles and we hug

"Are you okay?" I ask as she hides in my neck

"Yeh, you just give great hugs" she mumbled, I nod giggling

"Okay" I say, soon we hear a bunch of 'awwws' pulling away we see our friends with smiles on their faces.

We then go out for food, as we were eating they all started to talk about the school dance, they were saying who they were going with.

"Lauren, who are you going with?" Harry asked, i shook my head

"No one" I say, they frown

"Why not?" Normani asked, i shrug

"I haven't been asked, I mean no one wants to go with me" I say, they all frown

"Go with me" Liam said, I look at him with a little bit of wide eyes

"What?" I ask, he chuckles

"If you're not going with anyone, you can go with me better than being alone" he said, I nod

"Uh, okay" I say, he smiles and nods

"It'll pick you up at 7" he said, I nod

"You might have to remind me, it is a week away" I say, he nods smiling

"Sure" he said, I nod and look away blushing

I just got asked to the dance, I thought that would never happen in my life, a few weeks ago I had no friends, no one knew who I was and now I have a date to the school dance with one of the most popular guys in high school.

Soon it was the end of the day, camila was driving me home but she also came in.

"Hey laur...camila?" Taylor said, camila smiles

"Hey Taylor" Camz said, I look at Taylor then camila, Taylor looks at me then camila and then our intertwined hands.

"Uh, camila and I are going upstairs" I say, Taylor nods and I walk camila to my room

I get ready and then grab some money but she stopped me, I look at her and she smiles.

"I'm paying" Camila said, I laugh

"Camz, you are not paying for my dress" I say, she nods

"I am" she said, we argue for a little before I caved and said fine

"Okay! So we are going to be matching, the boys can match with our dresses" Camila said, I nod

"Who are you going with?" I ask, she shrugs

"I don't know yet, come on" she said, I nod and we go to the mall

Camila and I buy dresses-well camila buys us both, I felt terrible and begged her for me to pay her back but she said no.

"Camz, I can't just take this please let me pay you back" I say, she shook her head

"No" she said, I sigh

"Let me repay you, in anyway" I say, she smiles

"Dance with me at the school dance" she said, i shrug and nod

"Okay, why?" I ask, she smiles

"That's how you'll repay me" she said taking my hand and walking us back to her car

"With a dance?" I ask, she nods

"Yep" she said

"Camz, that's not enough" I say, she smiles and turns around facing me when we are at her car

"It is, now get in and stop complaining" she said, I sighed and got in her car and she drove me home.
