"You're welcome" I say.
Aria turns around and looks at her wings.
"Woah. They're perfect." She says wide-eyed as she gently touches her wings. "Thank you" She smiles.
I smile.
By now the episode has been paused by FRIDAY. Wanda has been cooking in the kitchen for the past 5 minutes.
"Hello my fine friends! How a- WOAH!" Thor booms as he enters the room startling Aria and me.
"Your wings are MAGNIFICENT! They look a lot like some of the Pegasus in Asgard." He says as he puts his hammer down on the table and comes over to look at Aria's wings.
"Really?" Aria asks
"Yes! My what a beauty! They are a bit malnourished, but they are finely groomed. Who groomed them?"
"I did" I say.
"Well, man of spiders, you did an excellent job"
I blush.
"Well, how about we come and eat dinner shall we?" We hear Vision say.
We all get up and head over to the dinning room.

As we all eat in the dinning room, we are seated at a rectangular table. Mr. Stark is seated at the head of the table next to Pepper. Next to Pepper on the long sides is Wanda. Next to Wanda is Vision. On the other long side of the table is Bruce. Next to Bruce is Rhodey, and next to him is Thor. And I'm next to Thor. Aria is Next to me. Mr. Stark and Bruce and having their own science conversation, which I'd love to be a part of, but right now I need to keep Aria company.
And Aria is eating her food while she listens to Thor and Rhodey talk about Thor's hammer and battle tactics, Pepper is in her own world trying to make sense of what Bruce and Mr. Stark are talking about. Wanda and Vision are having their own conversation about Wanda's powers and Vision's mind stone.
Aria and I are silent until everyone starts asking Aria things about her, her life story, yata yata. She tells her life story to everyone. Everyone says nothing at all. Not even when Aria is done with her story. I think everyone is mad at HYDRA for the fact that they would do anything to Aria.
Once everyone is done eating, we clean the table and place the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. FRIDAY automatically turns it on without saying a word, and we all head down to the living room.
"Well, what should we watch?" Natasha asks
"Well, we should watch something that Aria wants to watch." Bruce says
Everyone nods.
"Um. Ok. Well, We could watch Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back" She says
I smile inwardly. YES! Empire Strikes Back! WOOHOOO!
Nobody says another word as FRIDAY Plays Empire Strikes Back. Pepper gets up in the middle of the movie to get some snacks and make popcorn. Pepper and Mr. Stark are seated in the lovebird seats, Bruce is seated in a beanbag on the floor, Rhodey is a beanbag right next to Bruce, Wanda and Vision are seated on a couch, Vision slouched against the back, and Wanda was slouching against his side.
Thor was on a couch seat, with Mjolnir on the table. Me and Aria were on a different couch, facing the TV. Wanda and I were sitting upright, and I was jumping very slightly while I was leaning in. Aria's wings would twitch every time something exciting happened.
In once scene when everything was quiet, and a loud noise and person suddenly appeared in the screen. Mr. Stark flinched, Pepper's hand went to his chest, Bruce flinched so hard he almost fell back, Rhodey yelled and put his fists up in the air, Vision flinched, Wanda let out a slight squeak, and Thor grabbed the couch arms and let out a squeak, and Aria's wings fluttered quickly, Aria flinched, and she let out a squeak. She also reached for me and hugged me. Her wings wrapped around me protectively, and she put her face in my chest.
I was in shock. Everyone was no longer paying attention to the movie, and were currently staring at me. I look down at Aria, and she her breathing was sort of labored. I didn't know what else to do, so I put my arms around her, and hugged her back, and as soon as I did, her wings relaxed, and her breathing became regular.
Her eyes opened, and her eyes widened upon looking at her current position. She quickly looked up, and I smiled. She cleared her throat, and she slowly uncurled, and returned to her upright position. I did as well.
Everyone turned their attention back to the movie, and so did I. Soon enough, by the end of the movie, everyone was asleep. Everyone fell asleep in their current position. I fell asleep with a slight blush to my cheeks, and with Aria's wings slightly laying on my hand.
