Tony is in a bed, Pepper at his side.
"Bruce gave him a sedative. He's gonna probably be out for the rest of the day" Rhodey tells the others.
"You guys take care of him. And I'll bring him a Xorrian Elixir when I come back" Carol says
She walks away
"Where are you going?" Nat asks her
"To kill Thanos"
Steve and Nat share a look before walking after her.
"Hey, you know, we usually work as a team here, and between you and I, morale's a little fragile." Nat tells her
"We realize up there is more your territory, but this is our fight too." Steve tells Carol
"You even know where he is?" Rhodey asks
"I know people who might"
"Don't bother. I can tell you where Thanos is. Thanos spent a long time trying to perfect me. And when he worked, he talked about his great plan. Even disassembled, I wanted to please him. I'd ask "where would we go once his plan was complete?" His answer was always the same: "To the Garden" Nebula says
"That's cute, Thanos has a retirement plan" Rhodey says, unamused.
"So where is he?" Steve asks
"When Thanos snapped his fingers, Earth became ground zero for a power surge of ridiculously cosmic proportions. No one's ever seen anything like it... Until two days ago." Rocket explains as a hologram of a planet pops up, with a shockwave slightly traversing the surface. "On this planet".
"Thanos is there" Nebula says
"He used the stones again" Nat says
"Hey, hey, hey. We'd be going in short-handed, you know" Bruce says
"look, he's still got the stone, so..." Rhodey says
"So let's get him... Use them to bring everyone back" Carol says
"Just like that?"
"Yeah, just like that" Steve says
Steve and Carol share a knowing look
"Even if there's a small chance that we can undo this...I mean we owe it to everyone who's not in this room to try." Nat says
"If we do this, how do we know it's going to end any differently than it did before?" Bruce asks, concerned.
"Because before, you didn't have me" Carol says
"Hey, new girl, everyone here is about that superhero life. And if you don't mine my asking, where the heck have you been all this time?" Rhodey asks (I love how he calls her new girl)
"There are a lot of other planets in the universe. And unfortunately, they didn't have you guys"
Thor, who has been eating a snack behind all this time, stands up and walks over to Carol. She looks behind at him. He hold his hand up, and catches Stormbreaker as it flies over to him, missing Carol by inches. But Carol doesn't even flinch, instead smiling at the God of Thunder. (This reminds me of Loki. It seems that threating people with Mjolnir or Stormbreaker is the way he trust or reveals people)
"I like this one" Thor smiles at Carol
"Let's go get this son of a gun" Steve says

Everyone, except Tony and Pep, were aboard the Benatar.
"Okay, who here hasn't been to space?" Rocket asks
Nat, Cap, and Rhodey raise their hands.
"Why?" Rhodey asks
"You better not throw up on my ship" Rocket says (Ok, for a fact, it's not his ship, it's Quill's)
"Approaching jump in 3... 2... 1!" Nebula says
The ship jumps forward into a wormhole, and Steve holds onto his seat for dear life. Steve's eyes widen slightly at the exhilaration of this new experience. The ship slows down, and the ship hovers in orbit of the planet in the hologram previously, Carol hovers in front of the Benator.
"I'll head down for recon" Carl says
"This is going to work, Steve" Nat assures Steve
"I know it will"
Steve is holding a compass with an image of Peggy.
"Cause I don't know what I'm going to do if it doesnt"
Carol approaches the Benator.
"No satellites, no armies, no ground defenses of any kind. It's just him."
"And that's enough" Nebula says
Thanos is next to a pot, seeming that he is making a meal, when Carol flies through the roof, knocking Thanos down, and grabbing his neck. Bruce in the Hulkbuster armor bursts from the ground, and grans the Gauntlet arm. Thor flies in and slices off the Gauntlet. Rhodey flies down with Rocket and aims guns on Thanos' head.
Steve walks in his Winter Soldier Outfit, with Nat right behind him, staring murderously at Thanos. Rocket goes over to the sliced of Gauntlet, and kick it over, as everyone realizes that there are not stones in it.
"Oh no" Rocket says softly
"Where are they?" Steve asks
"Answer the question!" Carol demand
"the universe required correction. After that, the stones served no purpose, beyond temptation." Thanos says
"You murdered trillions!" Bruce pushes Thanos to the ground wearing the Hulk Buster armor.
"You should be grateful" Thanos says before getting bunched by the Hulk Buster
"Where are the Stones?" Nat asks
"Gone. Reduced to atoms"
"You used them two days ago!" Bruce yells
"I used the stones to destroy the stones. It nearly killed me. But the work is done. It always will be. I am... inevitable"
"We have to tear this place apart, he-he-he has to be lying." Rhodey says
"My father is many things. A liar is not one of them" Nebula says, sadly
"Ah, thank you daughter. Perhaps I treated you too harshly"
Thor's face is filled with rage as he raises to summon Stormbreaker, and before anyone can stop him, slices Thanos' head off. Thanos' limp body falls to the floor.
"What...What did you do?" Rocket asks
Thor looks broken, realizing what he has done'
"I went for the head"
Thor slowly walk out of the shed.
