Dream smp x reader oneshots

As the plane landed the anxiety seemed to finally settle itself in your stomach as you could feel the butterflies in there get stronger the more you thought about what you were doing right now.

Last week Dream had invited everyone from the smp to his house as a celebration for hitting 15million subscribers on YouTube and even though you only joined not too long ago, you got an invitation too. Almost everyone else was coming excluding Tommy, Tubbo and Ranboo seeing as they were all still minors and the two British boys' parents didn't exactly want them going all the way to America to meet with a bunch of Minecraft players, which you found fair enough even though the three of them were kicking up a fuss about it.

Dream told you beforehand that you, Sapnap, George and himself could collab if you wanted to stay about a week longer than everyone else, they had a spare room seeing as George would be sleeping in Dreams' room.

Getting up from your seat and grabbing your bag, you slowly try to make your way off of the plane, the family in front of you taking their sweet time. Once you're off, you turn your phone back on and message Dream that your plane just landed and that you were on your way. He, George and Sapnap were coming to pick you up so you didn't have to pay for a cab, at first you disagreed, not wanting them to go out of their way to come get you but Dream just laughed it off telling you that it was fine before mumbling something about how if they didn't come to get you someone in particular would be pretty disappointed.

You get your bag from the baggage collection and feel your phone start to vibrate in your pocket and when you pull it out the caller is "Sapnap <3" with a cute picture he had sent you as the call screen, you giggle and pick up, about to say hello you quieten when you hear:

"Just tell them, dude!"

"Shut up! Not right now."

You recognise the first voice as Dream but you could never mistake the second voice, Sapnap. You had liked Sapnap for a while now and your feelings for him have only grown after joining the smp, you two would often jokingly flirt but you always secretly wished for him to mean the things he says, for him to like you as much as you like him.

"Uhhh hello?" You say and you hear some panicked scrambling on the other side before a soft but stuttering voice says,

"U-uh hey (y/n)."

You grin when you hear him say your name before asking him what's up.

"Oh uh we were just checking in on where you were so we could meet you." He tells you, still sounding a little nervous but more relaxed than his original greeting.

"Oh I'm just coming out of the baggage collection area right now where are you guys?"

"Okay cool, we're near the entrance at a cafe, George got hungry and Dream-simp almost bought out the whole store, I swear." You both laugh and you hear a faint "Shut up! I am NOT a simp!" Which just makes you laugh harder, you head over to where you think they are and take your phone away from your ear for a second to fix the way your carry-bag was hanging on your shoulder before it falls off, which makes you only catch a few words of what Sapnap says next.

"..such... beautiful... laugh."

"Huh? What did you say Sap? Sorry, I couldn't hear you." You say when you have put you phone back up to your ear.

"HUH? OH UHH NOTHING." He quickly says, loud and awkward. He seems super strange to you but you brush it off.

"I think I know where you guys are, I'll be there in a few minutes. I can't wait to see you guys!"

"I can't wait to see you... well I'll hang up now if you know where you're going, see you soon." You could hear a sweet smile in his voice which only makes your smile widen in turn. You hear the 3 dial tones as he hangs up and you put your phone back in your pocket, you make your way to the cafe more excited now, This is really happening.. I'm really going to get to meet Sapnap.. and I guess everyone else too lol. Of course you loved everyone on the smp but with Sapnap.. it was a different kind of love.

You spot the cafe and as you get closer you can see 3 guys out the front at one of the tables, only one of them is sitting, eating something out of the mountain of food in front of him while the other two argue. Well the one sitting is obviously George, wow Dream really did go all out buying him stuff, huh? Your gaze drifts to the other two, the one with dirty blonde hair was resting against the table next to George, facing you. It's Dream, he's so much taller in real life than I had expected.. The last boy had his back towards you, talking loudly to Dream, that could only mean that that's,

"Sapnap.." You smile with his name on your lips as you hurry up your pace a little more. You have a great idea to sneak up behind Sapnap and scare him. At one point you and Dream make eye contact but you quickly put your finger to your lips, signalling for him to not say anything yet. You can tell he understood because he just smirks a little and turns back to Sapnap, acting normal.

You creep up behind Sapnap, catching a bit of what he was saying to Dream, "..it's not that simple, dude!" Before you grab him and yell, "BOO!" His reaction was so good that you wish you had got it on camera, he jumped no less than half a metre in the air and squealed loudly,

"WHAT THE FUCK-" He calls out and at this point you and Dream were doubled over in laughter, Dream claiming that he's crying. George let out a few chuckles but seems almost as shocked as Sapnap, eyes wide.

"(Y-y/n)!! What was that for?!" Sapnap asks as you try to stop laughing, which you fail at miserably. He looks at you in fear but slowly relaxes into a smile.

"I'm sorry Sap!! It was just too easy and your reaction was golden!" You closing your eyes in your laughing fit, you hear his chuckle and then feel a pair of arms surround you. You look up and see Sapnap's face smiling at you, he is close, very close, so close that you can feel the vibrations in his chest when he chuckles at your blushing face, you've stopped laughing now with only a small smile on your face, being with him like this feels so comfortable, so right.

"Hey, good to meet you finally." He almost whispers to you.

"Hey, I agree." You say back at the same volume, looking into his eyes as he looks back into yours. Everything in this moment feels amazing, you're finally hugging the man you love, the man you've been longing to meet for ages.

"Get a room you two." Dream's voice breaks your trance and you look at him with the most displeased face you could make. George nods along with Dream's comment but you couldn't care less until Sapnap lets go of your embrace, leaving you feeling cold and lonely even though he's still right there.

"Come on then, lets get out of here. Techno should be arriving at our place soon and I don't feel like getting an earful from him if he's left outside." Dream chuckles to himself and helps George out of his seat before scooping up the snacks still on the table and those two start to lead you to the car, you and Sapnap lagging behind.

"Hey uh (y-y/n)?" Sapnap asks nervously, you turn your head to look at him as you smile and nod. He takes a deep breath and says, "Could I um- hold your hand? Sorry that's weird and you can say no but it's just-"

"Yes." You say shortly, he looks bewildered.

"Wait what?" He asks you, thinking he didn't hear you right.

You give a small, nervous smile, "Yes you dummy," you grab his hand, he looks down at your intertwined fingers then back up at your face, "I would love to hold your hand Sapnap."

It seems what just happened finally hit him and he grins brightly at you, bright enough to rival the sun on a cloudless day which only widens your own smile and your love for him.

"COME ON YOU TWO, WE DON'T HAVE ALL DAY, I'M GONNA GET MY BUTT KICKED BY TECHNO IF WE DON'T LEAVE NOW." Dream calls to you both from the door, probably becoming more scared for his life the longer you all stay here. You and Sapnap laugh at him and and rush over to him and George.

"Now lets go party!" You yell and they all chuckle in agreement, this was going to be a great week.
