You ask him out on your birthday because you definitely felt like he wouldn't reject you. Which obviously he wouldn't because he liked you too. So when your birthday party was over you took him to a kind of secluded place and asked him out. If you are a straightforward and really confident then you would probably get straight to the point and ask him out.
If you aren't really as confident or maybe shy then I think that you would send him shy and incomplete text messages. He would then try to figure out what you are trying to say to him. He would eventually figure out and respond as "Of course😊".
Or he asks you out:
Midoriya would set up like a picnic date. It would be really pretty with like candles or something and it would be in the evening. You guys would probably eat and stuff and talk.
