Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock.
I waited for the class to end. My eyes felt heavy and I was struggling to keep them open. I rest my head on the table and stared out the window longingly...
"Taeil! Wake up!" I heard an appealing voice. I groaned and sat up uneasily glancing at her. It was Soojin. She's been my friend ever since high school. I looked at her bemused.
"You're gonna love this 👀 Believe me."
She shoved a piece of paper onto my face.
"..." I let out a deep sigh and started reading the poster (that she Lovingly shoved on my face 🙂). The poster was about a swimming club. I look up at her. She looked..excited.
"You've been learning swimming for ages! Why don't u take the chance and join this club?" She eagerly asked me.
"but-" she cut me off.
"No buts 👀 I heard there were some hot guys!" She squealed.
Ever since she knew I was gay she started setting me up with some guys. But, the thought of that did excite me since swimmers are strongly built, reckless and bold... I thought about it for a while before answering.
"well? What do u say?" Soojin asked me looking at me in the eyes.
What do I do- I can't say no to her..I'll sound too rude 😩
"..sure..why not!" I giggled a bit forcefully and stood up.
"Great! You just have to go to the office and write your name down" I nodded and followed her as she took me to the office.
A Few Days Later...
I joined the swimming club and was obviously running late for the first session first thing in the morning. I reached the natatorium. I was running and was almost out of breath. Right, when I reached I got told off by the teacher and just stood there, eyes glued to the floor.
"Do not be late next time Park Taeil." He said strictly and I nodded while nervously biting my lower lip, "Go get changed."
The day just can't get worse...
When I walked into the changing stalls I fortuitous bumped into someone's chest.
Oh no...
"I'm sorry! I didn't mean-"
"Watch where you're going."
"..."
