"Denali I'm gonna fall!" I gasp as Denali takes me out on the ice rink for the first time.
"Your not gonna fall I got you, just look at me."
"But-"
"Just look at me." She says and I look up at her face away from the skates and I see her smile.
"You can roller skate it's just like that but on ice, ok out and in out and in."
This goes on for a while. Me falling, her helping me up and telling me I got this.
Sooner or later she let me sit down and I got to watch her skate.
She looks like an ice fairy gliding around. Spinning in circles that would make anyone dizzy only to land them perfectly.
She gets of the ice and sits down next to me only for her phone to ring.
"Hello, ya I'm with them... ok that sounds good, I'll tell them." She says then hangs up.
"That was kamora, she invited us for dinner." Denali says and I smile.
"That sounds good, we should probably head home and change then."
"Ya, you're right." She laughs and we take of the skates and head to the car.
