Uhm... hi? I'm back, though not for long, I still have school and after being put into a new school during a pandemic and being in virtual all year is still weird. When School's out for summer tho? Imma get back and finish Moonlight Sonata, fix those special parts i put a few year(s) ago, and post new updates. I do plan on getting a job during the summer so it would probably be a gap between each update, but much less smaller than the gap for this update. I'm really sorry for ghosting yall and yall probably just want to read the chapter, so imma let you read the chapter! enjoy~

(Third POV)

"And we're just about ready to get underway." Said a reporter on TV. "We'd like to take this moment to thank you for joining us here for the Mount Roosevelt festival of nights. We promise this will be an exciting night" The reporter continued on the screen before being spoken over. "Did you check under the bed?" questioned a middle-aged man. "Just when I thought I will get some peace and quiet and take a relaxing bath, you barge in here and try to find your wallet." Continued the man, as he was brushing his teeth, continuing the conversation with his friend. "But I guess our plans don't really involve much time for relaxation, eh?" "Plans?" Questioned the friend that was rummaging in the closet. "Don't tell me you forgot already? I came all the way out here so we could celebrate!" Replied the man who is still brushing his teeth, now walking over to the other male who is wearing a brownish-green jacket, a whitish-grey scarf, and black sunglasses. "Uh? Why are you dressed like that?" Queried the man who was brushing his teeth. The oddly dressed man turned to face his friend, "And the room, what in the world happened?" The man continued to question.

"There's been a slight change in plans," replied the oddly dressed friend. "Eh?" The middle-aged man voiced his confusing, turning around to face his friend. When he did, a gun was pointed to his head. "I'm afraid you won't be doing any celebrating tonight." Commented the dressed friend. "It's truly a sight to behold!" Started the reporter, the silence finally allowing her voice to be heard again. "The first words have been lit, and the festival is now underway!"

*Bang*

"Don't take it personally," The one holding the gun stated after shooting his friend. He grabs money out of the deceased's wallet and tosses the wallet to the floor of the hotel room. "It's been nice knowing you, Satoru." The gunner walks out of the room, where people start to crowd around, becoming confused and curious about the sound they heard. "Is everything okay? We thought we heard a gunshot!" One of the hotel's inhabitants questioned, but the man just walked off. "Hey, wait! Where are you going?!" One yelled after the man as he ran off toward the exit. The murderer had run out of the hotel. After being some distance away, he took off the first layer of clothing he had on and through the gun along with his extra clothes into the water-way he was standing in front of.

(Your POV)

"Did you see it? They just lit up the second word," commented Racheal, looking at the mountain. "Hey," Richard added, I think he was amused. "Every year, this festival, they light up three words in the sky, Conan, Eleanor. Heaven, Beneath, and-" "Best!" I interrupted excitedly, though I quieted quickly for Rachael to continue, "Yes, and best, Eleanor. Each of the words are lit in order to ensure that all of the farmers produce a good harvest for the year," Rachael finished as we walked on. "Ah," Conan acknowledged, acting like this was new to him. "This is my best idea yet" Richard chimed while looking around. "Everyone needs a little 'R & R' every now and then, Mm-hm," he continued, laughing a little at the end. "Hey Conan, Eleanor, having any fun yet?" Asked Rachael as she was still holding our hands.

A man had run through the crowd and was panting as we walked by him. "Excuse me, miss," the man called to Rachael, "Could I trouble you to take a picture of me?" "No, not at all," Rachael replied, "Thank you, here is my camera" He held his camera out, but looking at his wrist, it had a light tan mark. The area was perfectly lined, going around his whole wrist. "I would like me with the 'best' behind it," he said pointing to it while making some distance for his picture to be taken. "Are you ready?" Rachael inquired, "Now say cheese!" "I'm ready," he replied. Though before Rachael could take the photo, Conan's balloon, which looked like a weird version of a bunny got into the photo next to him. "Oh, the balloon was in the picture, should I take another one?" Rachael pointed out while putting the camera down to look at the man. "No that's quite alright," the man reassured as he went to grab his camera back.
