Katy's P.O.V
I ran to Jami and Joel. I grabbed their hands and said "Kevin." They both quickly followed. We met Daniel outside the school parking lot. "Get to the car now Katy." Daniel said.
"No, I'm going to help." I said. "I said now." He said raising his voice. I looked at him in shock. Then he finally realized what he did and his eyes softened. "Katy I'm-" "Awww I see trouble in paradise." Kevin interrupted.
Christi's P.O.V
We finally made it. It took us an hour to get here but it was so worth it. When we finally got to the hotel my parents told me to wait in the car. "I expected this place to be more comfy." I thought. Then I saw a boy come outside the hotel with one bag. "Why does he only have one bag? Where are his parents?" I was in the middle of my rant when the door opened. And I saw the most handsome guy ever. "Hi, my name is Terrance. What's yours beautiful?" He said with his hand sticking out. "I'm Christi. Nice to meet you." I said stuttering. He smiled and turned when my parents came in the car. Then we were off back to Katy's house.
When we got there he asked for Katy. "She is at a dance." I answered. "With who?" "A guy named Daniel Freeman." He grabbed my hand and the keys and said "Let's go. What's the address?"
Katy's P.O.V
"Shit. Stay behind me." Daniel said. When he turned around I saw Kevin and his gang over his shoulder. Joel and Jami were standing right beside Daniel. "What do you want?" Joel asked. "I want her." He said pointing at me. "And if you do not hand her over I will make you." He answered.
"Hell no. Over my dead body!" Daniel yelled. "That can be arranged." Kevin replied. Then all of a sudden I heard a ugly cracking noises. When I looked up all of them growing three times taller. Their faces were getting all scaly they had sharp claws and red eyes. They all looked like mutant lizards. I stood there in shock. "Laners." Daniel said. "Laners?" I squeaked. "There like lizards mixed with a demons." Daniel said turning. "Katy please be careful." He said kissing me on the forehead. "I will. But your still not off the hook for yelling at me." He nodded and turned to Kevin. "Katy is mine. Come and get me." When he said that Kevin ran towards Daniel then hell broke loose.
