Dear me,                                                                                     January 17th 1999

As soon as I saw her in that dress, I was thinking about ripping it off her.

I did not get to rip it off her, but I did get to push the sleeves and watch it fall too her feet.

I keep wondering what it would've been like to go to school with her.

I'd probably fall in love with her again.

She had walked out of the headmistress's office with a pile of paperwork most legal documents since this also involved the muggle world.

She was in a foul mood the ministry had moved up the trial day to Wednesday and it would most likely last until Friday or even Saturday. She had been dismissed from lessons for the week and would be probably spending every second until the trial, researching, signing documents and mentally preparing herself.

When she got back to the dormitories, she started on the paper work straight away she needed a distraction, the trial date was so soon and she had to prepare herself or at least keep her mind at bay.

She also wrote a letter too Ron, Hermione had told her after she left Ron had arrive and was actually very polite and respected Hermione's space Hermione had also agreed to meet with him and talk it over, she said she didn't know whether she would be with him again but missed having one of her best friends. Constance also felt bad about the daily prophet article saying she was replacing him.

She scribbled a quick apology and sent it off.

She hardly slept that night and ended up going to the herbology classroom to try and relax.

The next day she berried herself in research on the Wizengamot she'd only had one experience with them, and it made her dread having to see them this Wednesday even more.

They had initially wanted to pull her away from her legal muggle guardian her aunt and let her live in Hogwarts or with a wizarding family of their choosing.

Luckily it didn't go through and it was mostly because how upset she was getting; they couldn't make those decisions for her.

"Constance what are you doing?"

She turned around and gave Theo a small smile.

"research"

"for what" he cocked his head.

"you know about the trials, right?"

He nodded his head immediately understanding.

He sat beside her on the window seat.

"you haven't seen Draco, have you?"

She frowned, "no not since the ball"

"did you see if he left with his mother or something?"

"no, I left early" she shook her head.

Theo lifted a brow.

"did Weasley get impatient?"

She snorted, "if you don't remember he got really drunk and raided the stage"

"but you could've just given him a potion you didn't need to leave early" Theo smirked at her.

She looked down at her book and flushed slightly.

"well if you need me to tell you how to suck someone off just ask" he nudged her and started to get up.
