(not proof read coz I was lazy lol)

The whole first two weeks had passed and in all honesty it was great, I thought it was going to be much worse.
It's currently Friday, finally the last day of school, yes it was amazing but school is still school that's no fun.
It was lunch and as per usual I was spending it with Kris in the garden. I was eating my spaghetti when she started talking. "Hey Gray there's a party tonight to celebrate the first weeks of school over, will you come?" a party huh? "I don't know Kris, I've never been the party kind of guy, after all I only know you, what if you go off to say hi to a friend, I dont want to be in the middle of the whole school by myself..." I say, trying to convince her to not have me go. "Pleease Gray, I promise it will be fun, I won't leave your side if it makes you feel uncomfortable to be alone, you will enjoy yourself". I hate how she's so convincing... "But Kris-" "Pleeeasee" she begs, playing her 'puppy dog eyes' card on me. "Fine! i'll come..." "Wohoo! YEAH! It's going to be so much fun!" she explaims ecxitedly, to which I laugh. "Do you want to come over at my place to get ready? We can have fun" she suggests, to which I immediately agree. "Oh wait, I have cheer practice after school..." she states, sadly. "I mean I can wait it's not a problem, how long will it be?" I ask, giving the option for me to stay on. "I think 2 hours -ish, maybe a little less" she answers "That's fine I can stick along and we can go after practice" I confirm "Are you serious? That would be awesome!" "Of course Kris, what's an extra 2 hours, I'll find something to do" I chuckle. "You can come and watch practice, we will be practicing right next to the football court, they have practice too" she says smirking, nudging me with her elbow and I chuckle. I told her I was gay earlier this week and she was ok with it, as you can tell. She almost didn't really care, her reaction was almost and 'ok, cool' type of reaction. She said I radiated gay energy so she kinda already knew, that whole scenario was really funny tho, at this point she's trying to set me up with some guy. "Yeah sure coz any guy that plays football is gay right?" I joke. "Never say never" she counters while I laugh "So will you come watch me practice?" she asks "Yeah why not, I think it will be fun" "The practice or to watch all the sweaty guys at the other side of the court?" she jokes, smirking. "KRISTINA!" How can she say that so casually! "Hey I'm just kidding, kinda, well anyway we have to go to our next period" I groan at her statement, knowing she's right but not wanting to get up and go to class "C'mon lazy ass you don't want Mrs Asshelmet (author's note:the OGs will know) to give you detention do you?" uugh I hate that teacher "Yeah I know but I don't want to go" I say complaining. Kristina just rolls her eyes playfully and pulls me up from the ground already walking to the school and I follow her to our next class together. This is gonna be a long rest of the school day...

The final bell finally rings as I let out a sigh, glad that the school day is over at last. I pack up all my books and walk out the classroom, heading to the bleachers to wait for Kristina to head home after practice. As I'm walking to the seats she catches my eye and smiles widely, waving at me, and I smile back. I've never felt so accepted before, in school I was always bullied for a reason or another (be it I was a nerd or they found out I was gay, you name it, I was bullied for everything) , so to feel accepted and seen as a friend not just a nerd by someone as nice as Kris makes my heart flutter.
As I sit down I grab the chocolate bar I got at the vending machines prior to coming here while I watch the cheers practice, starting with some stretches passing on to revising their coreography, giving slight glances to the other side where the football team was training. I spot Ethan's face amongst the whole lot of faces and I can't help but blush. Little update: I don't really know what we are... He smiles at me when passing in the hall or in class seems to always be staring at me but any time we talk is to ask for help or just simply the homework, so it's not really a friendship but it's a start I guess? I guess yeah, but who knows he's probably just being polite. I snap out of my thoughts and go back to watching Kris practice while I finish my snack. The practice was so fascinating, their swift moves and smooth coreography was almost aesthetically pleasing, really enjoyable to watch. I had decided to catch up with homework while I waited for Kristina so I thought I could get ahead with the reading set from the English teacher. As I turn to get my book from my backpack though I hear someone scream "WATCH OUT" and before I get to see what is happening a ball hits me right in the head and I start seeing black dots in my vision.
"GRAY OH MY GOD!" I hear Kris scream as she runs to me from the group, looking extremely preoccupied. "Don't worry Kris I'm fine" I reassure her, my head slowly starting to hurt more. "Gray you got hit in the heat by a ball, it's not something to devalue!" she says back to me "C'mon let's take you to the infermery" she says and I comply with no arguments, her holding me as she thought I would fall if she let go, even if I was walking just fine.
