At first this sounded like a complete statement of the obvious.
Which people are anyway?
Even twins are different from each other. But as you grow older,
You'll soon realize that this is a wise phrase.
That everything you thought about people as a child is just as small as the tip of your pinky,
That not everyone is like you.As you grow up,
You'll meet people who act different,
Who speak different,
Who think different.
Then you'll come to realize that dealing with them is going to be harder than it looks.
You'll have to adjust to each one of them,
You'll be forced to change your mood upon everyone you meet,
Even change your smile or the way you talk. The hardest people to deal with are the persons who are against of who you are,
People who don't share your likes or dislikes,
Your favorite band,
Your favorite animal
That dude or gal on school whom you like so much,
Your hate against polka dots,
Or even your disgust toward cheesy romatic movies. Also and the worst,
People who are against your morals,
Way of thinking,
Perception of life,
Beliefs,
And the same people who argue and force you to change,
(May that be voluntary or not),
The same people who are close-minded,
Control freaks,
Downright bossy,
Clingy,
Insensitive,
Self- centered . . .You either let your days be drowned in conjuring up stuff on how to deal with them,
Or you suck up everything and throw back whatever they did to you.
But at the end of the day,
The only person that deserves to be given time upon is yourself. The world won't run out from people like that,
And no matter how much you avoid,
You'll have to deal with them. Not all people are the same,
And you have to deal with each one you come across,
But it doesn't mean that its your responsibility to straighten them up,
That they have to be your problem.Let go when if you have to,
Keep those who chose you.
