I'm painting today
It's actually fun
My mind is concentrated... Blank
The voices went away
I can't hear them anymore
I drowned their thoughts in color
It's nice like this
Quiet and peaceful
I haven't felt this happy in awhile
I can remember good memories
Mostly of me drawing with friends
I remember what they said
That art is expression
And expression is emotion
I know emotion is happiness...
Yet happiness is uncertain...
It never lasts
At least pain doesn't surprise me
I expect pain
When my happiness is ruined
That's why I'm afraid of being happy...
Oh...
It looks like I'm finished painting...
