Listen, I've never had a love experience like ever. Suddenly that all changed when I moved across the country. Yes, I know you're going to say this is going to be cheesy but you have no idea what I'm about to tell you. So bear with me and grab some snacks because this definitely going to be an amazing, traumatic, stressful, and crazy ride.
Ever since I was young I never really had many friends. I was called names because of some stuff I should have never done but then again I never had a choice. I only had two friends Jessi and Taylor. They were the only two who have been by my side through everything that has happened. I honestly think I wouldn't be alive at this point if it wasn't for them. The moment my Gran told me that we were moving to Queens, (we lived in Phoenix, Arizona to inform you which is 2,000 miles away from Queens) I had mixed emotions between being ultimately sad because I had to leave Jessi and Taylor, but I could also have a new beginning without any drama. Lord knows I needed a new beginning. So there I was crying in a group hug with Jessi and Taylor.
"I don't want to leave you guys" I said.
"We don't want you to leave either," Jessi said sniffling.
"B-but this is good for you.. to make n-new friends and h-have a better start" Taylor said stuttering a bit.
"I swear.. you better call us like every week and keep us up to date on your new life" Jessi said, he was the one in the group you could always count on and to make you laugh.
"I will.. I-I'm going to miss you guys so much." I said.
"Come on sweetheart we can't miss our flight." Gran said in the sweetest tone possible.
I gave Jessi and Taylor one last hug before turning around to get into the taxi my Gran had called for us. I got into the taxi right after my Gran did, taking one last look at my two only friends that had been there for me and helped me through a lot. As the car had started driving my vision going blurry from the tears I was holding back finally fell onto my cheeks as I lay my head back and think of what's to come in Queens, New York.
