"What were you thinking?" Percy said to Annabeth as they sat on their dorm beds. "The campers are gonna recognize us, and then we're gonna get revealed!"

"I'm not stupid, Perce," Annabeth said. "I thought this through. They won't recognize us, because they don't know us yet. In 1998, we were just five years old and neither of us knew we were demigods. Plus, it's not like we're going to take them into Camp Half Blood. They wouldn't be able to enter. But maybe Hermione's right, maybe we will find out something if we go there. The dream took place in our time, we know because he referenced... Luke. But if we were sent here to work on this, maybe Kronos traveled back in time to this era to take either Dumbledore or Voldemort's body. He is the Titan Lord of time, afterall. This might help us."

"Okay, that was a lot of information and I definitely wasn't paying attention the entire time, but that sounds like a good plan!" Percy said. Annabeth whacked his arm. "By the way, how did you know that there was a Jambol and Gapes in New York?"

"Gambol and Japes," Annabeth corrected him. "And did you think I would come without doing any research?"

"That's why I love you," Percy smiled, and kissed Annabeth.

They heard a knock at their door. "Come in," Annabeth said, pulling away from the kiss.

Hermione cracked open the door. "You guys ready?"

Annabeth took a deep breath. "Yep."

Percy squeezed her hand, to reassure her that it would be okay, because even though Annabeth wasn't letting it on, he could tell that she was nervous. Percy and Annabeth got up, and followed Hermione down to the common room. Harry and Ron were standing by the fire, and Ron was holding a pot with some sort of green powder.

"Where's Ginny?" Annabeth asked.

"We didn't exactly tell her," Hermione said. "She's 17, so she's an adult here, but I researched the wizarding laws in America, and you're not an adult until 18 - the rules don't change in America, which I'm sure you already knew. This isn't exactly a legal escapade for someone underage, so we wanted to play it safe."

"Smart," Annabeth said. "So, let's go, then."

"I'll go first," Ron said, and grabbed a handful of the green powder. He threw it into the fire (which turned GREEN - so cool!), stepped into the fire, and then shouted "New York Gambol and Japes!" Hermione went next.

"You can go," Harry gestured to Annabeth. Annabeth took a deep breath, and Percy kissed her on the forehead before she entered the fire and disappeared.

"You ever been to America before?" Percy asked.

"No," Harry said. "My aunt, uncle, and cousin went once, but they left me with the neighbors."

"That's harsh," Percy said.

"Yeah," Harry said. "Wanna go?"

Percy nodded. He grabbed a handful of the powder, threw it into the fire, stepped in and shouted "New York Gambol and Japes!"

Percy rolled out of the fireplace, coughing. Annabeth reached down and helped him up. He looked around, and saw a shop filled with all sorts of prank stuff. Awesome! Although he better make sure never to show that to the Stoll Brothers. The shop was pretty much empty.

Harry rolled through the fire a second later. He seemed much more accustomed to this type of travel than Percy and Annabeth.

"Hey!" the shop owner shouted. "You five! Get outta here, we're closing in five minutes!"

"Sorry!" Hermione shouted. They all rushed outside to a busy New York City street. Percy was so glad to be in this familiar place, even if it wasn't during this time period. The shop was in between two stores called "Central Perk" and "Shaw's Bar," and everyone seemed to walk right past Gambol and Japes. Outside of Central Perk, a woman was playing a song about a smelly cat.
