Mrs. Weasley's first reaction to hearing their story was to reprimand them for putting themselves in danger again. Mr. Weasley's first reaction was to have a concerned look on his face but not say anything. Mr. Brunner's first reaction was to have a perfectly blank face (Mr. Brunner looked oddly familiar). George's first reaction was to give Harry and Percy high fives.

"Way to go, saving the world again!" George said.

"George!" Mrs. Weasley scolded him.

"Sorry, mum," George said.

"That's not really all," Annabeth said. "Mr. Brunner, you might want to introduce yourself to them?"

"What do you mean?" Hermione asked.

"My name is not Mr. Brunner," he said. "My name is Chiron. I am a centaur, although I won't go into my true form right now because I believe I would go through your ceiling."

So that's where Harry recognized the man from. He had seen him in New York.

Mrs. Weasley shook her head. "Who knew that greek mythology would be real?"

"I didn't believe it when I found out a few years ago, either," Percy said.

"So Kronosmort is why he's here?" George said, pointing to Draco. "How do you know that he's not a death eater who's trying to help Kronosmort?"

"He's a demigod, too," Annabeth said. "A son of Athena."

"So he's your brother?" George asked.

"Sort of," Annabeth said.

"Never thought the day would come when we're fighting with one of the Malfoys," George said. "Welcome to the team."

Neither George nor Draco made an effort to shake the other's hand.

"It's very late," Mrs. Weasley said. "You all should go to bed. I'll talk to Headmistress McGonagall so she knows where you are. No doubt she's worried sick, especially since Harry and Percy are supposed to be in the hospital wing right now. Harry and Ron can stay in Ron's room, Annabeth and Percy will stay in Charlie's, Hermione and Ginny can stay in Ginny's, and Draco will stay in Percy's room."

"Thank you, Mrs. Weasley," Annabeth said.

"Not a problem, dear," Mrs. Weasley said. "Go on, now, you all look absolutely exhausted!"

Harry and Ron headed up to Ron's room. Just a few months ago, Harry had been staying here, but it felt like years ago, with how crazy this school year had been. Ron's walls were orange and plastered with Chudley Canon posters, just like they had been when Harry had first seen the room seven years ago. Harry sat down on the bed that he always slept on. The quilt was also orange.

"I still don't completely trust Draco," Ron said. "I mean, I know that Percy said that we should trust him and he's actually been pretty helpful. But he used to be a Death Eater."

"We can trust him," Harry said. "I feel like he's changed."

Ron shrugged, and laid down on his bed. "I got Hermione a bracelet for Christmas. Do you think she'll like it?"

"What kind of bracelet?" Harry asked.

"It has a quote from one of her favorite muggle authors," Ron said. "It says 'Hope is the thing with feathers that perches inside the soul.' She always talks about that poem, and the author, Emily Dickinson. A rather ridiculous name. I don't know what the quote means, but it sounds fancy."

"I think she'll love that," Harry said. He knew that poem from one of his primary school teachers, who loved Emily Dickinson and had the poem framed on her wall. "I still don't know what I'm going to get Ginny. What do you reckon she'd like?"

"I dunno, something to do with Quidditch?" Ron said. "You probably know her as well as I do."

"Yeah, I'll probably do something with Quidditch," Harry said. "Maybe a new broomstick?"

"You don't want to get her something too big and then make her feel bad for not spending as much money on your present," Ron said.

"But I don't care how much she spends on my gift," Harry said.

"Yeah, but girls don't know that!" Ron said.

"We should go to Hogsmeade during holiday to find something," Harry said.

"Good idea," Ron said. "Hermione keeps talking up this small new cafe in Hogsmeade. I think she's trying to hint that she wants me to take her on a date there. Hey, maybe we could do a triple date with Percy and Annabeth!"

"Yeah, that'd be a good idea," Harry said, and turned over on his side, hoping to signal to Ron that he was tired and wanted to go to sleep. Thankfully, Ron seemed to understand, because Harry didn't hear Ron say anything else as he drifted to sleep.

While I was writing the last half of this chapter, I was watching... Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets! What are your thoughts on the Harry Potter movies? And what are your thoughts on the movies that were loosely based on Percy Jackson, written by someone who had clearly never read the books? (If you can't tell, I'm not a huge fan.) Have a great day, demiwizards!
