The bell rang signaling the end of the school day and final exams. [Y/n] stretched and let out a sigh of relief. "It's over." She muttered.
"Miss [Y/n]. How'd it go?" Yuki said with a smile.
"It was a breeze, really. I actually had time left over to sleep." [Y/n] said, and Yuki chuckled, making [Y/n] blush a little. 'Oh my gosh. Why is he so perfect?! No- Brain! Don't you dare turn into one of his fangirls!' [Y/n] thought.
"How about you, Miss Honda?" Yuki asked Tohru.
"You know what? I think I did much better than I expected. I filled in a lot more blanks than usual." Tohru said, excitedly.
"Oh, yeah. I'm real proud of ya, Tohru." Uotani said and patted Tohru's head. [Y/n] hugged her sister. "Same here." She said.
"I knew it was within your power to pass this exam." Hanajima said.
"Yuki and [Y/n] tutored me, so they should get the credit. The way you explained things were so clear. " Tohru said and bowed, "Seriously, I couldn't have done it without the two of you."
"Thanks, but...it was nothing." Yuki said with a smile.
"Hey, Hanajima. You're lucky you've got that brainwave stuff. Bet you ace every test, don't you?"
"How'd you feel about the midterms?"
"Oh, those?" Hanajima said, "Let's see. I went to special tutoring for them. After the test, the called school called my house. Yes. I recalled my mother weeping."
"But, what about your wave powers?"
"The logical conclusion is that I'm an idiot. So much so that my powers can't make up for it." Hanajima said.
"Eh, I wouldn't worry about it too much. At least you can be sure you'll never be the dumbest person in the room." Uotani said.
"What's that? For your sake, I hope you're not talking about me." Kyo said.
"Uhh. Dude, obviously I am."
"I never took review lessons and no one's ever had to call my parents!" Kyo yelled.
"Who knew Kyon-Kyon was such a good student." [Y/n] mocked and crossed her arms, "So, he doesn't suck at everything competitive."
Kyo glared. "I'm going to end every single one of you."
"I get it. Kyo's been holed up in his room a lot lately. He must've been up there studying the entire time." Tohru said.
"So it would seem." Yuki said.
"Honda." The teacher called and motioned them both over.
After talking to the teacher, [Y/n] and Tohru bowed and went back inside the class. "Is there something wrong?" Yuki said.
"Nothing really." [Y/n] said.
"We just got to work harder." Tohru said.
That night, [Y/n] and Tohru went to work. Momiji was even there to help. "You're done with your finals! That must feel good." He said.
"Yep!" Tohru said.
"And the new term is coming after spring break." [Y/n] added while cleaning a table.
"It's kind of crazy how time flies." Tohru said, making [Y/n] smile.
"I know what you mean." Momiji said with a smile, "Oh. I almost forgot. I'm going over to Shii-chan with you two today."
"Really? A special occasion?" Tohru asked.
"You could say that. I've got a little present that I want to give you two there."
