Delilah Winters is a twenty year old daycare teacher with a four year old daughter: Leilani Winters. The father has been out of the picture since the pregnancy. Once Delilah graduated high school, she was getting a teaching degree online. Once she did, she got hired at the daycare. She's been with the daycare for three years, and she can't see herself doing anything else.
Steve McGarrett is the lead of the Five-O task force in Hawaii. He's a lot older than Lilah, but that doesn't stop him from pursuing her. Will things change his mind when Lilah tells him that she has a kid? Steve's a good influence for her, believe it or not. He wonders, sometimes, what life would be like if he had known Lilah sooner.
