An old friend

"Klaus!" I stay stunned. I'm not totally sure I'm not hallucinating. He can't really be here can, he.
"Caroline!" He replies with a wicked grin.
"Now I've heard you've turned off your humanity, why's that, sweetheart?" He says in his perfect British accent.
"None of your business!" I say and vamp off.
But unfortunately he catches up to me.
"Look, as much as I love this little game of ours, nows not the time. Luv, Stefan has told me everything, you risking the exposure of vamps. Now I'm afraid you don't have a choice. Given our past he thought I could help. Now, you can try to run away from me but I'll always catch up and find you. Do you know why? Because I will always be here for you, and I'm not going anywhere." Klaus answers.
I stare at Klaus. So he thinks he's the one that can turn on my humanity.
"Game on! If you think you can turn my humanity back on, then so be it. This will be fun! Good luck, love," I laugh.
Klaus takes my hands and he takes me somewhere.
"Where are we going?" I ask frustrated but for some strange reason I don't let go of his hand. I don't know why.
"Train station, we are going New Orleans. It's clear you need to get away from mystic falls," klaus replies.
Half an our later we arrive at the train station and get on the train.
"Why did you turn it off, Luv?" Klaus asks looking at me.
I look back at him and roll my eyes.
"I don't want to talk about it," I say sourly and look away.
"Okay!" He begins.
"Shall we talk about our lovely time in the woods, truly," klaus adds enthusiastically.
"Shut up!" I laugh rolling my eyes.
"I mean, we didn't do much talking if that's what you mean, it was truly epic," he teases.
Our night in the woods was when I went looking for Matt. We couldn't find him, yet Klaus knew where he was and sent his sister Rebekah ( who's a total bitch) to rescue him. Meanwhile, Klaus and I was distracted. We 'did it' in the woods. I had admitting to liking him which he waited a long time for. He wanted my confession. I covered up my feelings for him. I hated how I liked such a cruel person. But that's doesn't matter. We haven't spoke of it since and then sooner or later I ended up with Tyler. And I don't care about either of them now anyway.
Later we end up in New Orleans, and I have no idea where Klaus is taking me.
"We are going to my Home. I will take you to get change and I will take you to a party.
"A party?" I question.
"A feast!" He said exclaims.
I cock my head to the side and look at him in shock.
"For someone whose trying to turn my humanity back on, you surely seem okay with me feeding on humans." I test.
"Who says I intend to switch it back on, I happen to like this Caroline," Klaus says.
"Me too," I agree.
"This Caroline doesn't obsess over you, or have any feelings for you. She's only here to get away from Mystic Falls." I say smugly.
In no time, we arrive at his house.
He shows me around.
"This is where you'll be staying.
"You may come in," a pretty blonde girl says. I don't recognise her. She smiles at me and I'm confused.
"Who the hell are you?" I say.
"This is my witchy sister Freya,"Klaus says.
"Let me show you around," he suggests.
I quickly vamp around his mansion.
A second later, I come back to Klaus.
"No, thanks! I've already seen it. I also saw your bitchy sis and your stuck up brother Elijah." I reply.
"You really are a charmer!" klaus begins. He walks closer to me and looks me in the eye.
"But you will show Rebekah and Elijah respect or there will be consequences." Klaus replies half angrily.
I scoff and walk away. I head upstairs to the spare room and Rebekah stands in my way. Ignoring Klaus' warning I speak
"Well if it isn't the she devil slut," I say.
Rebekah glares at me. Rebekah had meddled with Elena, Damon and Stefan and she's part of the reason why I witnessed a love triangle. It use to be a love square. Both had slept with Rebekah when mad at Elena. It was there coping mechanism. I terrible one at that.
"Listen sweets, I'm in no mood to deal with a vampire with anger issues. Now Klaus said to give you space and show your pathetic self mercy. But do wrong by me and I have no problem killing you myself, got it?" Rebekah warns.
"Good luck with that!" I snarl.
I barge past her and head down the hall to my room.
But I'm stopped yet again. Elijah brushes me agains the wall and starts to strangle me.
"Caroline! You will listen to Klaus and show us some respect. We can throw you out just as much as we invited you in. Now you are welcome here, but you are to not cause trouble! I have a wife, you might've heard of her, Hayley and she is with child, my child? She does not need anymore stress especially by the hands of you. Do I make myself clear?"
He lets me go.
I put my lips to his ear and whisper
"Crystal".... and I away.
I finally reach my room and explore it properly. There are a selection of clothes here for me to chose from as I did not pack any of my own. Klaus just happened to have these all lying around? How odd?
An hour later I get dressed and I head out. I don't wait for anyone. I quickly vamp off to the party.
Hayley is soon behind me.
"Caroline, hi!" Hayley smiles.
"If it isn't the wolf who snapped my neck," I say turning around.
"I'm sorry about that. But more importantly, we are giving you space to be feee because it can help get your humanity back." Hayley explains
"This is me straining to care less about what you think," I say and pull a bored face.
"Okay, listen up you little bitch! Stop acting like a spoiled little brat. Hell I don't care if your humanity is on, off or on the moon. Now this might just be the hormones talking, but if your ever rude to me again, well, I'm sure you'd love to feel what's WEREWOLF bite will feel like, some say it's fatal," Hayley says.
And then she walks away. She's pathetic really. Coming to warn me like Rebekah and Elijah. Come on! Miss Wannabe- Mikaelson. I don't give her a second thought and I step into the pub. I walk around. Then I find Klaus, he'd already been at the party. He's there chatting to someone, a girl. He grins at me waving his hands. Oh this is definitely going to be a fun night.
