For better or for worse

Chapter Four: Explosions

"It's set for 8:30." Lindsay explained to the firefighters of 51.
"How long have we got?" Chief asked.
Antonio checked his phone,"6 minutes."
"Do we have any idea where it is?" Herman asked.
Antonio pointed to the car park,"We think its in a car."
Shay ran over from the medic tent,"Have any of you seen Taylor?"
"She was at the tents last time I saw her,about an hour ago." Severide told his friend.
"I haven't seen her anywhere." Shay said,worried.
"I'm sure she'll be fine." Dawson told her.
But Casey couldn't help but worry as they set off to find the bomb where Taylor was and if she was okay.
"Casey," Severide radioed him,"Two minutes,lets get anyone away from the parking lot and get the hose."
"Rodger that." Casey said jogging out of the parking lot.
He continued down to where the trucks where and put his helmet back on.
"Anyone near the car park?" Chief asked.
"No chief,we have moved everyone to South of the building as at back as we can."
Herman noticed a woman with a baby stood near a Range Rover.
"Hey Ma'am,get down here now!"
Everyone looked in his direction,"Ma'am run!"
The woman looked at them and started running down,clutching her baby tightly to her chest.
"Ma'am is there anyone else up there?" Chief Boden asked her as she caught her breath.
The woman looked back at the car,"My daughter and a paramedic."
Just then the car park exploded,car after car bursting into flames.
Dread filled Casey's stomach,"D-did you know her name?"
"No,um...she h-had brown hair,I think she had t-the number 51 on her coat but I...I can't remember." The woman sniffs between sobs.
Everyone know she was describing Taylor.
"Oh god." Shay whispered.
The car park was engulfed in flames and the smoke had clouded over the Range Rover which was next to it,blocking their view.
