3. BOOM ROASTED

TED AND Y/N MEET THIS CHAPTER

boy was that a terrible idea

right as I opened my eyes I saw a faceless figure run up to me at light speed screeching at the top of his lungs. I myself started to kick and scream in pure fear

I woke up and jerked out of my blankets crying

I immediately ran down the hall to Charlie's room with my hair in a messy bun and my glasses on.

I opened his door as fast as I could and ran over to his desk crying not realizing he was streaming.

"shit" he said under his voice not quite loud enough for me to hear

before I made it over to him he took off his headphones, stood up, and speed walked over to me to give me a hug and see what was wrong. he did it so thoughtlessly that he didn't realize we were both perfectly in frame of his face-cam

"woah hey hey hey" he said hugging me tightly, he gave the best hugs especially since he was about ten inches taller than me. "aw.. Y/N/N did you have a nightmare again- shit—"

"i'm sorry i-" I said crying then realizing he was streaming I started to cry even more "Im sorry Charlie I didn't mean to annoy you I was just super scared and it was really bad I didn't mean to-"

"Listen Y/N/N" he cut me off with a very cautious yet careful tone, "you are fine I mean it why don't you wash your face in my bathroom and then you can lay on my bed for a bit while I play, hows that sound I'll order some post mates while you do that to for us" he slowly pulled away and looked me in the eyes and slightly tilted his head

I didn't anything back I just nodded my head, walked into his bathroom, and locked the door behind me

I grabbed a washcloth and wet it to wash of my dripping mascara

I grabbed a hairbrush off of the courter next to the large mirror on top of Charlie's sink. I was a bit confused why he would have a hairbrush since his hair wasn't all that long but I decided to just not ask.

After I was all done I walked back into Charlies room and pulled up an extra chair next to him but enough to the side for the face cam to not see me.

faintly through Charlie's headphones I could hear Alex and Jules but I couldn't make out what they were saying.

Charlie looked over to me and took of his headphone and handed them to me, "Jules and Alex want to talk to you"

"Can the stream h-" (can the stream hear me)

"no they cant" he cut me off patting me on the back

"h-hello" I said with some shake in my voice

"hey" the couple said to me at the same time

"we saw what happened how you feeling Y/N/N" Alex asked

I just responded with a simple "fine"

"Alex check dms"  Jules said

"Okay — oh yeah sure sounds good" Alex responded
