Personally, I've always known I've been in great danger, my entire life I've known. I managed to survive my assassination attempt, but lost both of my parents. Lily and James Potter. I've heard many stories about them, about how they were kind people, they always put others first in front of themselves, and how they really loved each other and were truly blessed for me to be born, and to be their son.
Unlike others, I can't ask my father about spells and his time at Hogwarts, and how he met my mother. I can't ask my mother how she met my father, and what made her fall in love, and how it felt like getting her Hogwarts letter, since she was born into a muggle family.
Aunt Petunia never really said much, never mentioned my mother, as if she was jealous.
Jealous that she didn't get to attend Hogwarts like her.

I am known as the boy who lost my parents on a dark, gloomy night on October 31. Or the boy who lived. Even scar head, that's what Malfoy calls me. Anyway it doesn't sit well with me either, I don't like any of those names. I just want everyone to forget about that, I want to be known as just Harry.

Many people my age, 16, have experienced some sort of love in their path. While it be from their parents, grandparents, siblings, a significant other. I never got much of that, I know my mother and father loved me very much, but I didn't have them there physically to express it. I don't know my grandparents, nor did I have a sibling. And oh, a significant other, well, I definitely haven't experienced that. Never had a true love before, never had a bond with a girl like that before. Never held hands, never kissed a girl. I've always sat in the corner away from all of that. Unlike Malfoy, he's hooking up with girls every chance he gets. Only boosts his self esteem. Every party I've attended, I've really just sat out. I don't drink, I don't do drugs, or sexual stuff like some students to. I just sit there, and wait for Hermione and Ron.

I'd love to experience love one day, and hopefully have my own children, and never leave their side. Because I know what it's like, and the last thing I want is them experiencing the same thing I went through.

But who is the girl?
Who is the beautiful, dazzling person meant for me?
