harry's pov

Parties over, its about three in the morning, I spent majority of my night with Y/n, but I still don't know much about her. She mentioned her father when she was introducing herself,  but she didn't mention who he was. I also don't know her house, she didn't tell me either, but I'm assuming Slytherin. I lay there in my bed looking up at the ceiling, and just think, but I can't think straight with Ron being loud coming out of the bloody bathroom.

"Harry, who was that girl?" He asked laughing.

"Y/n, that's her name, and that's all I really know about her." I add resting my head on my hands.

"I've never seen her before, is she a Gryffindor?" He asked filing his clothes.

"I'm not sure, I'm assuming a Slytherin because she was wearing a green tie, but I really couldn't tell you." I reply softly.

"But damn Harry, you really made moves tonight, that I'd never expect from you." Ron smirks.

"Yea I know, anyways, good night Ron." I say turning to the side.

"Good night Harry." Ron adds one more time before diving the lights.

I barely closed my eyes and I have to wake up again, by the sounds of loud birds chirping from outside. Ron isn't in the dorm anymore, he's always somehow up before I am, well on occasion. Usually downstairs to fit some Charms homework in. I get ready, through my glasses on and my robe, grab my bag and head out the door.

This morning I'm not feeling hungry, so I skip breakfast and decide to wonder around school, in hopes of running into her. Maybe she has potions first, or defense of the dark arts. I really want to get to know her, maybe we're alike.

"Trying to find your girlfriend Potter?" Malfoy smacks me with his bag.

I didn't say anything.

"Maybe she'll be going to the Gryffindor party this Friday." He laughs walking away.

Fucking Malfoy, always getting on my nerves I swear. I keep walking and I'm stopped by professor Snape.

"Lost your ways, Potter?" He looks down at me crossing his arms.

"Oh no I'm just taking a walk, around the castle." I add.

"Hm, class is starting soon Potter, better see you be the first one there." Snape exclaims walking around me, with his cloak flowing behind him.

All day in classes, I can't help but think about last night, think about her, the mysterious girl roaming around at parties, but a ghost during the day. Once classes come to a solid end, I head towards the Great Hall to eat dinner. Ron and Hermione, along with Ginny are all sitting at the table looking at me walk towards their direction. I sit down.

"Potter! Did you find your girlfriend!" Malfoy exclaims across the Hall.

"Oh shove off Malfoy." Ron yells back.

"He said that this morning too, don't worry about it." I roll my eyes.

"Malfoy just you know, has always been like that." Ginny adds.

I nod my head, and quickly finish dinner, just in time to go catch the sunset from the bridge.

"Alright guys, I'll meet you in the common room later." I say biting the last bit of my dinner and leaving.

I walk outside, a small breeze shoots by. The sky various of colors, ranging from yellow, to pink and purple. It makes me smile, and I can't wait for the stars to come out. I walk towards the bridge, and rest my arms on the railing. I admire the view, every little creature flying around towards the view.

"Hi Harry." A familiar voice catches my attention as I turn around.

"Y/n?" I question.

"I see you're catching a glimpse of the sunset, my usual spot, but I catch the sunrise every morning. Today I thought I'd go look at the sunset." She smiles.

"Funny, I come out here to watch the sunset almost everyday." I laugh back.

She comes and leans over the railing next to me.

"I think I mentioned father's said a lot about you." She says looks out at the view.

"What has he said?" I look at her.

"I can't really tell you Harry, I'm sorry. Father wouldn't be so thrilled if I did." Y/n exclaims in a serious tone.

"You really can't say?" I ask her.

"No, I'm sorry Harry. I need to go, I'll see you again maybe tomorrow." She says walking away.

"Wait Y/n!" I try to stop her.

"Yes?" She asks.

"Can you at least tell me your house?" I ask stuttering.

"Slytherin, is that okay?" She asks.

"Oh, yea I was just wondering." I smirk.

And that's it, she runs off. As her hair is blowing around in the wind, I turn around and watch the sun finally hide behind the mountains.
