Y/n was laying on the bed in Mr. Wong's house. She couldn't sleep. She wanted to cry but she couldn't feel like it. Only the tears were continuously flowing down from the sides of her eyes. It was like she was emotionless, trying to cry but could not.

She looked towards her right side. Her baby sister was sleeping, forming her body like a snowball.

"I'm sorry, Su-Min. I couldn't save them. But I promise you I will surely protect you till the end of my life and also take revenge for our parents", she said, looking at her little pumpkin.

The next day, she got up from her bed and walked out of her room towards the living room after freshening up. She saw that Mr. Wong was sitting on the couch, reading a newspaper while sipping his tea. She went to the kitchen and poured a glass of water for herself.

"Ah, you are awake", Mr. Wong said when he saw her drinking water in the kitchen. "As if I slept at night at all?" she scoffed, annoyed, while drinking water.

"Media also knows about it, right?", she added while coming towards the living room. "I'm so sorry Y/n...", he said while lowering his head. "It's not your fault, Uncle. it was them who killed my parents, I swear to God I'm not gonna leave them off easily! They have done a tremendous mistake and they are gonna regret it." Y/n said, gritting her teeth.

"But Y/n, you don't even know them. They are truly dangerous. If you want a revenge, then you have to know everything about them - how they work, how they live, like.... practically everything!" Mr. Wong said.

"Then tell me", said Y/n with a voice full of anger. "Explain to me why they did it, what were their intentions. Explain to me briefly. NOW!" she slightly yelled, making Mr. Wong flinch. But soon he sighed, knowing there is no way he can hide anymore from her.

"Then let me tell you..", Mr. Wong started, "Mike and Alex are the most dangerous mafias of this mafia world. They are not only brothers but also the greatest enemies of each other.

Mike and Alex used to be really close to each other but the greed of being the mafia king led them both to become enemies of each other. After the sudden death of mafia king Jackson, they both started to fight with each other to become the next mafia king as there can be only one mafia king or queen...

Well, it has never happened that a girl has occupied the position but there can be only one mafia king : either a boy or a girl... That's why they became each other's enemies. For becoming the mafia king, they need to conquer the whole country along with all the business units.

They both have almost conquered all but Mr. Kim i.e., your father had become the biggest obstacle in their way", he said looking at her.

Sighing he continued, "They tried to take over his company first. Then, they gave your father, a proposal to join the mafia world which was obviously refused by your father. Next, they tried to threaten him several times, so that they could take over the company. They even tried to kill him some times but.......", he sighed.

"But...?"

Y/n asked, looking at him.

"But they ended up killing your mother", he completed, making Y/n's eyes go wide. "I'm sorry to say this, Y/n but your mother did not die because of cancer, but was killed by them. They mixed something in her food thinking it was your dad's which ended up getting her last stage of cancer and the rest you know..... what happened", he said, hanging his head low.

"She died", Y/n whispered. Y/n was so shocked to hear this. She had not recovered from her parents' death and now she came to know that her mother... her own mom was not dead because of cancer or any other disease but was killed. She thought that life was like a lie to her. She had been living under lies all these years.
