Flashback~

Author pov~

It was evening time, and office hours were about to finish. Y/n was in her office doing work for her upcoming project when she heard a knock on the door. She let the person come in. It was none other than her Uncle Wong. 

"Y/n, there is bad news," he said. Y/n frowned. "They have caught Lim from that club and our deal has been canceled," he said. Y/n got shocked and stood up from her seat, slamming the glass table. Hoseok also came inside.

"How?"

She asked. "One of the guards told us. When we sent him for the dealing, there were some cops or agents who caught him. And our deal also got canceled, as the dealer ran away from there. Plus, that American dealer is now going to do the auction of OMEGA," he completed it. 

"Did he take our money?" She asked. Mr. Wong nodded. "That bastard. Doesn't know who he is challenging," she growled in anger. 

"We will surely teach him a lesson," Hoseok said. "Where is he going to do the auction?" Hoseok asked. "I don't exactly know the location but he is going to hold a party for it," Wong answered. "And it will be held on Friday," he added. "Then me and Hoseok will go to that party. Make sure to find the location," Y/n said and took her purse and went out of the office followed by Hoseok.

They came to the parking lot and went to their car to reach home. "Do you really think we will find the OMEGA? I don't believe in your Uncle," Hoseok scoffed. "I have men to find proper information and also to check if his information is correct or not," Y/n smirked looking at him. He smirked back understanding her words and drove away.

After some time, he started to drive a little faster. "Y/n, quickly call some guards with other cars," Hoseok said. Y/n looked at him in confusion. He gestured to her to look behind. She saw a black Mercedes following them. She immediately called other guards, but then Hoseok tried to trick that car. 

He went into one of the alleys and stopped the car. There were other cars there too. "Now listen, I will go to another car and distract him. I am sure Mike and Alex have sent their men to kill you so I will distract them and after that you will leave ok." "But-" "No buts, y/n, you have to be safe for us, for Su min, for me." Hoseok whispered the last words while caressing her left cheeks.

Y/n nodded. Hoseok went out and went to another car which looked the same as y/n's car. He went out and again noticed that some Mercedes were following him. He wore Bluetooth, "y/n, he is now following me, you go home." He said. "No, I am also there but far away. Don't worry, we will go together." "Aish, this girl. Why can't she listen to me?" Hoseok thought. 

He was driving and distracting him when he heard. "Hoseok ahh, get out of the car he has thrown something in the back seat of your car!" He looked behind and saw a bomb with a timer. 

There were only 10 seconds left.

Hoseok successfully came out before the explosion but due to the high speed of the car and pressure, he got his right leg injured.

"HOSEOK AHHHH"

He heard and y/n ran towards him. She came towards him and kneeled down on his level. "Hy hy you will be alright. Ok." He nodded just to hear a gunshot. "Ahh!" y/n moaned. Another gunshot and y/n almost fell on him. He held her from her shoulders. "Hy hy y/n you-" another gunshot but this time it didn't hit her. 

This was from one of y/n's guards who shot the person in the car. He again shot at the back tyre of his car causing his car to lose its balance.  Another gunshot on another tyre by another guard. 

The car lost its balance fully and did a flip in the air making a big explosion. Y/n looked behind taking long breaths.

 She looked back at Hoseok. "Your leg is bleeding. Guards, take him to the hospital. And you all did a great job." "What about you? You got shot." Hoseok asked, worried. 

"I am okay. Su min is alone at home. They can do anything to her. I need to go, and don't worry I will manage." She whispered.  Guards took him in another car and y/n went home with another car. 

End of flashback ~

Jungkook pov~

 I was looking at her for the past half an hour to tell me what had happened but she was not speaking anything. She was just sitting and thinking about something. "Hey y/n." I shook her shoulders, making her come out of her thoughts. "Tell me what happened.  Look I know you are a mafia, there must be your enemies but at least tell me where is Hoseok." I asked. 

Now she looked at me with a shocked expression. "How?" She asked. "Well, it is common. Everyone knows in this house. And I have been living in this house for more than 2 months now. And I can tell it." I said. She didn't say anything.

I sighed and got up to go when she held my hand. I looked around. "Stay." "Huh?" I asked. "I-i mean stay here for tonight. I might need something." She said now looking somewhere else. I nodded and sat beside her. 

"I never thought of becoming a mafia in my life. It was not my choice. But I didn't have any other choice. I was not like this before. I also used to be a normal girl and have a happy life. But circumstances led me to this. I never thought of hurting anyone but see now, I hurt everyday." She dryly laughed. I could feel pain in her every word. 

I stood up again. "I guess I should bring Su min here also as she is alone." I said to her and she nodded. I went outside and went to Su Min's room. She was sleeping peacefully. I smiled. "Aigo, my baby. You look so cute and beautiful while sleeping," I said and went towards her to pick her up when I saw a very familiar thing. 

It was a bracelet. It looked quite familiar. It was placed on her side desk. But I shrugged it off and picked up Su-min. I went towards y/n's room and put Su min beside her. Y/n smiled looking at her and softly stroked her head. I smiled looking at both of them. 

"Can you lay down now?" I asked. She shook her head. I thought of something and sat a little closer to her. My heart was pounding at this moment but I didn't show it on my face. I softly took her head and put it on my shoulder. 

She looked at me confused.  "Doctor said you need proper rest, so can I?" I asked. She layed her head on my shoulder, coming closer to me, taking my warmth in my embrace. "You still didn't tell me about the injuries, and where is Hoseok?" I again asked in the hope of getting an answer.

"In the hospital,  because we got attacked." She replied. "But who attacked you?" I asked. 'Maybe I will get some clue for my mission.' I thought. "It is none of your business." She replied coldly and snugged her head in the crook of my neck trying to be in a comfortable position to take proper rest.

Many things were going on in my mind. "What does she mean it was not her choice?" I looked at Su min and again remembered that bracelet.  It was oddly familiar. I didn't know where I had seen it last.
