In the laboratory......

I was outside the room where yoongi hyung and some other doctors were checking on Josh. Ara was with me over there, sobbing bitterly.

"I'm really sorry, Ara. I did my level best to save him." I said to her. "It's not your fault, Kook. It's him .... I can't even imagine. I used to think he is a good person, who loves me and will do anything for me. But little did I know I had fallen for a devil. Now, I have feelings for a crimi....?" she couldn't complete her sentence and started to cry.

I immediately hugged her to calm her down. "I'm also sorry, Ara. I could have told you earlier but police needed to catch him, so I didn't tell you. But I hope you will get someone better than that son of a bitch." I said and continued to console her.

After some time....

I went to Yoongi hyung in his laboratory. "Is he okay?" I asked him. "His tissues are damaged, but it's his good luck that the bullet didn't hit his skull that badly. Indeed, it's damaged, but we put the gel at the right time so it is gonna help him recover and it also saved his brain from further injury ", he explained.

"He will get well soon, but.." he added but stopped. "But..?" I asked.
"But he will lose his memory as you know, but in his case, he will lose his memory for a bit longer time", he said. I nodded.

Well, alpha-gel was neither made by Agent S nor by Agent P. Agent K had brought this alpha-gel last year. And had given it to Agent S.

He said that one of the other spy- investigation teams had made it. He said it was really good and had saved his life also, so he brought it for him so that he could examine it and maybe also make it. And after that, Yoongi hyung had explored the gadget and had successfully made it, exactly like it but it had some side effects like memory loss along with insomnia unlike the original one, which only had one side effect of insomnia.
   
After some time, I went to the hospital to see Taehyung hyung. Actually he was hired for the mission of Kang with Agent K and Agent J. But he got caught by Huang's men during the mission.

Jin and Namjoon hyung tried so hard to find him along with Kang. But failed this time. But I couldn't see my best friend with those devils. So I secretly solved this mission behind the back of Namjoon and Jin hyung. Because if I had told them, I knew they wouldn't have agreed to it.

Agent K  rarely gave me and Agent V a big mission. Our missions were much smaller than theirs. Like, finding the information about the criminal, saving the person who is kidnapped by an inexperienced criminal, drugs cases, etc. Agent K thought that we were still not experienced enough and needed some more training for bigger missions.

I reached the hospital.  I saw Jimin hyung sitting on the bench. He was also beaten up badly and I felt bad for them both. His face was nearly covered with bandages. I went to him. "How's he?" I asked, making him startled at my sudden voice. He flinched.

"Oh Jungkook..... yeah, he is okay I think.... but I can't really say because he is still in the OT (operation theatre)", he said. I slightly nodded. We waited for some time.

After some time, the doctor came out of the OT.  We stood up.

"How's he?" We asked at the same time.  "He's okay but ...." the doctor stopped lowering his head. "But..?" hyung asked. "But... seems like he was beaten very badly. He has so many bruises on his whole body with purple marks. His left arm is also dislocated. They have also tried to cut his right hand fingers as we have seen deep cuts in them", the doctor explained.

"It was really terrifying to see it, I'm still thinking how he is alive after surviving such a terrible torture to this extent. I'm impressed that his body is still this strong to get over it", he added.

"When will we be able meet him?" I asked. "Right now, he is still unconscious,  you can meet him when he wakes up". The doctor said. We nodded.
        
We waited for some time and after that, went inside his ward to meet him. Now he was awake. We went inside and saw him all covered with bandages. It was a rare sight. Tae rarely got injured and came to a hospital. But this time, his injuries were severe.

He saw us coming in and smiled, showing his signature boxy smile, as if indicating to us that nothing had happened to him. We sat beside him. "How are you feeling?" Jimin hyung asked. "Good ", Tae hyung shortly replied with his weak deep voice.

"But... I h-have got s-som-something to t-tell you", Tae said.  "Hyung, we will talk later, you need some rest right now." I said. But he shook his head. "P-please listen t-to me", he weakly said.

We couldn't stop him now because we knew he was stubborn, so we nodded. "When I was i-in their t-trap, Kang's guards were talking about s-some m-mafi-mafia queen." He said which made us both confused. 

"They were saying t-that the ma- mafia queen M-Miss Kim is coming b-back from London to S-Seoul. They s-said, now if she comes th-then it will be v-very difficult for the normal p-pu-pub....."

"Public to live safely in Seoul", I completely his sentence for him. He nodded slightly. 'WHO IS THIS MISS KIM?', I thought.

As I was about to ask Tae hyung. We heard the room door open revealing Agent K and Agent J with worried expressions on their faces. "How are you, Tae?" Jin hyung asked. Tae nodded, indicating that he was okay. "Agent JK and Agent P, immediately come outside", Said Agent K with a slight anger visible in his voice. We went out.

Agent K turned around while crossing his arms. "So would you like to explain to me something?" he asked. We remained quiet, lowering our heads. " I have asked you something", he slightly raised his voice. But we still didn't utter a word. We were aware of his anger.

"I said EXPLAIN IT ALL TO ME!" he yelled.
"It's my mis-"  " NO! Jimin hyu- I mean, Agent P has nothing to do with it. It was me who did everything, who had insisted both Agent S And Agent P for this mission without you knowing ", I said cutting Jimin hyung off mid-way.

Jimin hyung looked at me and I nodded. "No, it was us-" "No, there is  nothing to do with hyung. If you wanna give punishment,  then punish me not Agent P and Agent S because NIS needs them." I again cut him off. I don't want them to have punishment because of me.

"Okay fine, then you will get punishment AGAIN." Agent K said, putting some pressure on 'again'. I nodded. "You have been suspended from NIS  for 5 months", he said.

The whole world came falling apart for me but I couldn't do anything. So, I nodded again, lowering  my head. Jin hyung also came out at the middle of our conversation. Unlike others, I was not happy for being suspended for 5 months. I liked doing the missions, serving my country,  saving my countrymen from the these mafias and gangsters. And I wouldn't  be able to do it, that made me sad. But I had decided to do something in this period of time. I smirked internally thinking about it.

"Tae is now sleeping, So you both don't disturb him, okay?" Jin hyung said. "Anyways, did he tell something to you? Any information or something." He asked. " He said...." Jimin hyung started.

"He said he is feeling weak right now and.... that's it,  nothing else." I cut Jimin hyung off before glaring at him. Jin hyung nodded and went away with Namjoon hyung.
         
"Why didn't you let me tell them about it?" he asked. "No, hyung, we can't  tell about it to them right now. We first need to explore it, to be sure." I replied. "Ok whatever", hyung said and left.

  "Who are you, Miss. Kim?" I whispered.
