She loved to be tucked into bed by her dad,
Little Beth, 6 years old.
At night, her dad would love to read her a bedtime story,
She would tell him about her day at school, her thoughts and problems.
Overall, they had a good relationship.
Every night, her dad would kiss her and say, 'Goodnight',
She would reply 'Goodnight' and go to sleep.
One night, she had dozed off while he was reading the story,
He kissed her goodnight and left.
She woke up when she heard the door close,
She screamed, 'Goodnight Papa',
From the closet, she heard a strange man's voice say, 'Goodnight'
