𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐈𝐀 𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐎𝐃 𝐓𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐋𝐘 on the platform of kings cross station, staring at the wall between 9 and 10.
She sighed contently as a cold and refreshing breeze pinched her cheeks. It gave her relief for a moment, seemingly washing away all her demons. The soft breeze carried a faint familiar odor, but it was gone before she could identify it, and with the breeze, left the relief.
Cassiopeia hesitantly closed her eyes, gripped tightly onto her luggage, and stepped forward. But before she could even begin to pick up speed to enter the wall a voice cut her off.
"Cassiopeia?" The masculine voice asked, causing Cassiopeia to sigh slightly and slowly turn.
"Hey Harry." She said, plastering a fake smile onto her drained and pale face. She then turned to face the others who had accompanied Harry, Hermione and the Weasleys, and gave them a nod of recognition.
"How have you been?" He asked, scratching his neck awkwardly as his eyes shifted gradually between Cassiopeia and the Weasleys, who, apart from Ron, hadn't seen Cassiopeia's scars and knew nothing of the night.
The same went for everyone else in the school, Cassiopeia's friends knew of the scars but not how she got them or what had happened and she had made sure to keep her head down during the final feast and whilst walking to the train, where she didn't leave the compartment, so no one saw.
"I'm fine, how are you?" She bluntly replied, trying her best to seem happy and calm, despite the overwhelming feeling to scream and cry.
Harry picked up on this, as well as the others. Cassiopeia wasn't normally like this, yeah she was smiling but it was forced. She was normally chatty and energetic, always cracking jokes and making crude comments, but right now she seemed plain, vanilla, bored.
"Good, been better, the whole World Cup thing really shook us." He started, now nudging Ron to say something. "We wish you could've come," Hermione interrupted, as she noticed the awkwardness between the two boys, "Me and Ginny could've used another girl."
"I'm sorry, really, I just wasn't feeling the best." She lied, now turning to face the rest of the Weasleys.
Ginny was looking down at her feet, seemingly trying to avoid any and all eye contact. Arthur was fiddling with his hat, the twins were looking at each other, whilst molly seemed to not hide her surprise. She stared at Cassiopeia, her mouth agape and eyes full of sadness.
"Um-Hi?" Cassiopeia muttered, waiving her hand slightly in front of Molly, trying to get her to respond.
"Oh dear." Molly exclaimed, after a moment, "I-What happened-Are you okay?" She rushed out, bringing Cassiopeia into an unexpected embrace.
"It's nothing," Cassiopeia sighed, as she was released, "It was before the start of summer, doesn't matter how it happened."
Molly didn't reply, instead she just hugged Cassiopeia again and then began to usher her kids through the wall. Ginny, Harry, Hermione and Ron all went through, and as Cassiopeia was about to follow Fred cut her off.
"We think you look badass." He said, nudging her side lightly and gesturing to her face. "Yeah, especially the eye one." George continued.
"Thanks guys." Cassiopeia replied, giving them both a small smile before running into the wall, the twins following her.
"And if anyone says anything," George continued, "We can get them back with a right old prank, right Fred?"
"Right you are George."
"That's not going to do anything." Ginny interrupted,
walking over to the three, "Cassiopeia if anyone gives you any hassle tell me, and we can get them together.""What makes you two think you can do pranks better then us!?" Fred mocked, laughing with George. "Who said anything about pranks." Ginny replied.

𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐋𝐘𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐒 sat in their usual train compartment, the noise they were making seemingly to be a lot quieter then normal.
Pansy had dragged Draco out of the compartment so he could help pick form the three dresses her mother had given her, Blaise had fallen asleep, a magazine resting across his face as he snored, Cassiopeia was staring blankly out of the window with Theo next to her, humming a muggle song by the Beatles.
Cassiopeia hadn't spoke much since she got to the compartment, she spoke to them about the normal, how summer was, lessons this year, etc, etc.
This didn't seem to concern most of them, apart from Theo, who had been looking intently at her as she stared at the hills of Scotland. He wasn't used to her being quiet and he hated it.
Sighing to himself he looked down at Cassiopeia's hands, which she was fidgeting with as they rested in her lap, and grabbed one of them, causing her to look at him.
"Are you okay Cass?" He asked, a frown present on his face. Cassiopeia just hummed in response, let go of his hand and turned back to the window.
"Cassiopeia seriously?" Theo groaned.
"Full name, am I in trouble?" She joked with a weak laugh, causing Theo to roll his eyes and reply, "Stop joking, what's wrong."
"Nothing." She replied firmly, still looking it of the window, "I'm fine."
Theo then carefully grabbed her jaw with his hand and turned her head to look at him, not removing his hand. "Look me in the eyes and honestly tell me you are okay."
Cassiopeia made eye contact with him for a second before moving her jaw out of his grip and sighing, "I can't do that."
"Well then tell me what's bothering you Cass."
"I will, soon." She replied, before turning back to the window and remaining in silence for the rest of the ride.
