SHADOW POV
I woke Silver and Lily up. They both yawned and clung on to me as I carried them to the room with the greatest view. I sat them down on the blanket I laid out and handed them a juice box.
Jamie came in to watch the kids while I prepared everything else. I went to one of the spare bathrooms and looked at my reflection in the mirror. I had brand new fur from Jamie on. I cleaned up and set the breakfast surprise up with Jamie helping me. "This is going to be perfect!" Jamie whispered to me. I nodded and went to get Rose.
AMY POV
I was sleeping until I felt someone lightly shake me. I opened my eyes to see Shadow's red orbs looking at me. "Wake up, I have something for you." Shadow whispered. I got up and cleaned myself up in the bathroom and met Shadow in the hallway.
He took my hand and lead me to one of my favorite rooms. I gasped slightly at the view. There was a blanket down with breakfast on it. Jamie and my kids were there also waiting for me. "Mommy!" Silver jumped and hugged me. I giggled and stroked his quills. Shadow picked him up and we both went to the blanket. We sat down and began to eat. We sat there and watched the sun come up on Earth.
I leaned on Shadow's shoulder and gazed at space. He turned his head and kissed my forehead.
"Happy Valentine's Day," he said.
"Happy Valentine's Day," I said in return.
We sat there all enjoying the view and each other's presence.
