Third person's POV
It was a friday night at 22:00 (10:00 pm). At the side of the road runs a strange man with a black jacket and a hood to hide his presence. He was chased by 2 cops, as he just robbed the old woman her wallet.
"Hey! Stop!"
He turned to an alleyway hoping for the cops to get lost. Unfortunately, he was overheard by the patrolling heroes and quickly went over his location. As he is cornered, with cops at his back and heroes at the front, he suddenly went upwards revealing the frog-like tongue as his quirk (powers).
"Hahaha! You'll never catch me, you freakin' heroes!"
He yelled, leaving behind the ones who chases him. He ran and parkoured through the roof, again seeing one of the heroes being competent enough to catch him. He jumped down a dark and small alleyway. As he ran, he saw a figure in the distance, a figure like a walking teenager.
He has no time left to idle. He continued running towards the boy. The boy seemed to be slowly turning sideways for him to run at when he shouted bitterly,
"MOVE, YOU USELESS BRAT!!!"
The robber caught the boy's attention. The boy quickly moved to the side. And as he ran closer to the boy's direction, the boy suddenly turned to face him with a sinister smile on his face.
Just as he is 2 inches closer to the boy, he suddenly felt pain at his left upper shoulder. He felt his whole body aching too much that he couldn't stand in his feet anymore. He fell to the ground in front of the boy's red sneakers.
"Y - you! What did you do to me?"
He told the boy standing in front of him.
The boy laughed and leaned his face near the robber's head. He said,
"I was about to step aside because I feel a bit lazy at the moment but... It looks like you just brought up the mood."
He leaned right next to the robber's ear and whispered,
"I would kill you right now but I'd like it more for you to suffer in jail."
The boy stood straight and walked away. Just as the hero arrived, the boy already disappeared into the darkness. The hero was surprised to see the man at the floor, he opened his walkie talkie and spoke to his comrades. And then he faced the robber.
"I don't know who did this to you but..
Well, it seems that you lost your luck, fella. You're going to jail with me after we treat your wounds."
