~Chapter 66~ Mixed Feelings

Manik entered his room and banged the door closing it. He was angry, frustrated and also hurt as both Cabir and Nandini hid such a huge matter from him. He was quite upset from both of them as he never thought that the two person whom he trusts more than anything will do this to him. But he knew that he also needed to handle the situation maturely as he can't let the media to question their friendship or their reputation. So he went to the balcony and called Rohan.

On the other side, downstairs Nandini was sitting helpless beside Nyonika. She has never seen Manik this angry in these few months and didn't know how to handle it. She was just too messed up when Cabir came and kneeled in front of her.

"I am so sorry Bhabhi! Yeh sab meri wajah se ho raha hai.. Agar maine aapko mana nahi kiya hota bhai ko batane se toh he wouldn't be angry on you." Cabir said with tears in his eyes.

"Nahi Cabir please don't say sorry.. Being the elder one I should have acted maturely and it was my decision to hide from him. You're not at fault." She said wiping off his tears.

"No it's my fault, I shouldn't have dragged you in this.. It's all my fault only." He was saying continuously.

"No Cabir please relax.." Nandini said rubbing his arms.

"Haa Cabir Nandini thik keh rahi hai.. Galti kisi ki bhi nahi thi.. It's just that the situation which was at fault but dont worry sab thik hoga" Daadu said.

"Haa beta, don't take stress." Nyonika too said patting Nandini's head.

"Mom! Main jati hoon.. Ek baar Manik se baat karti hoon.. Once he listens to me na toh maybe he will understand." Nandini said getting up after gathering lots of courage.

"Hmm" Nyonika nodded her head asking her to go.

As soon as she went Cabir said "Mom bhai is very angry abhi. Aapne bhabhi ko kyun bheja.. Woh aur gussa na karde"

"No Cabir... They have to understand and sort out this matter on their own.. And don't worry Nandini sambhal legi.. I know her" She said making him understand.

Nandini entered their room but could not find Manik anywhere. He was nowhere to be seen. She decided to walk out and check the study room when she saw the door of the balcony slightly open. She went towards the balcony and saw Manik standing there talking over the phone.

"Haa! Make sure yeh news aur kahi publish na ho and also post the article which I mailed you on Fab5 official page.. Okay" Manik said and after giving a 'hmm' response ended the call. He turned and saw Nandini standing there but without uttering any word he went inside the room.

"Manik" Nandini called him but he didn't listen to her and started getting ready for his office.

"Manik please.. At least let me explain.." She said but he was not ready to listen and was busy in getting ready.

He was standing in front of the mirror wearing his tie when she held his hand and started to make his tie.
