"Andrew, we're leaving."
Someone was nudging my shoulder.
"Huh?"
"We're going" said a different voice.
Jack and Nate hovered above me.
"Oh, alright. See ya."
"Bye, man."
"See you later, Dost."
"Yeah, bye."
"Keep your phone on, will ya?" Nate said as he was closing the door, fumbling to get his luggage through.
"Yeah, I will. Bye."
The door shut quietly, and I was alone again. It was eight, my flight left in two hours. I rather slowly began to pack up my clothing, instruments and whatnot.
This is going to be a long day.
I had nothing better to do, so as soon as I was finished packing, I headed over to the airport. Our tour had ended in London, so I was expecting a 12+ hour journey home... Great... I sat down in a row of empty seats, I was 30 minutes early. We weren't as big here as we were in the states, so I guess the non-exsistant bombardment of fans was nice... even if I never really recieved much of a bombardment. This tall, blonde, skinny girl kept eyeing me with her brunette friend. The brunette whispered something that either looked like "no" or "go" and elbowed her friend in the side. The blonde then started to walk up to me, but took the seat to my left. I pretended I hadn't took much notice, girls aren't something I'm looking for at the moment. But then she cleared her throat and poked my shoulder.
"Excuse me?"
I turned towards her, meeting a smile with crooked teeth, "Yes?"
"I'm Olivia," she stated with a British accent.
"Uh, I'm Andrew."
"It's a pleasure to meet you, Andrew."
"Um, thanks I guess." She was pretty, but I wasn't really in the mood to be flirting or whatever.
"Where are you off to?" she looked at me, inquiringly.
"Home, Michigan."
"Ohhh the staaates. I've never been!"
I stayed quiet, maybe she would go away.
"Yeaaah, me and my girlfriend over there are headin' off to France... n-nOT THAT I'M GAY SHe's just a chum, I would never date a girl. I AM NOT a lesbian, that idea is repulsive." she said, almost embarrassed.
"... I don't see a problem with homosexuality. The idea of love shouldn't at all be repulsive, Olivia." I retorted sternly. Just then, my flight was called to board, thank God, I can get away from this bitch.
"Pardon me," I said quietly, picking up my luggage and walking away. Olivia looked shocked, probably at my sterness. She let her head fall into her hands as she scolded herself, "Idiot."
Maybe I was too stern with her? I honestly don't care, all I want to do is to go home and see my mom and dad. I missed them entirely too much. My seat was next to an older woman who seemed to have fallen asleep already, snoring loudly...
Like I said, this is going to be a LONG day...
