Delirious

I feel the sudden urge to just hold her today. So I got up in search for y/n. Something didnt feel right..  almost as if she really needed me. I sit up really fast. Looking around i see Y/n exiting the house we took refuge in after she sent lauren in Maxie's direction. Suddenly I feel a sickening sensation to follow her.

I watch as she walks along the dusk lit streets. My heart screaming to follow her but dont let her notice. I did just that. I ran for her. Grabbing her arm I then notice shes out of it. She didnt even look in my direction. Something has to wake her up. I literally walk beside her trying to find out where shes going.

She stops at a fairly well lit bridge. Her eyes scanning the trees around her. Suddenly I seen her pull out a knife finally looking in my direction.

"Let me do it..." is all she said her eyes were so dazed. She wasnt herself and I wouldnt let her kill herself. I yank the knife from her hands somehow waking her up. This cant be the last day I see her. She looks at me and suddenly starts crying. Her arms holding her face. So I hold her knife still in my hand. Something felt off. She wasnt ok... she was fighting something. Suddenly my hands move on their own. Shoving the well decorated blade into her spine. She looked into my eyes. Coughing up blood she smiled. Then I look into her broken eyes. "You are finally doing what you father wanted" lilith's voice echoed from in front of me, "dont worry she'll be reincarnated. And so will you. As punishment for killing her..." her words split into me like a knife.

I choked up tears. She couldnt die not in my arms. "I love you delirious..." were her last words before she was gone. Her body turning to dust. Lilith reached her hand out collecting the blue stone that fell into the dust at my feet.

"Dont expect life to go easy on you because you wont last a minute without her. So go live your life...." lilith smirked, "though I'll let you be free of the horrid memory of this..." lilith sighed, "for her..." her voice sparked something burning inside of me.

Was this rage... was I angry... no... I was in lust for blood.

"and as a gift from me... you can live not knowing of the pain you caused her..." she sighed looking into the glowing stone, " because no matter how hard we've tried... she was meant to be yours..." and suddenly everything went black.

I wake up in a hospital room. My eyes scan my surroundings a bit. A nurse rushed in, "ok... your doing great just. Stay here." She looked around as I groan unsure of how I ended up here. "Dr. Jade will be here in a moment. " I look around some to see the pain in my eyes reflected through a mirror.

"Where am i..." I ask holding my head.

"Well we found you on the street out cold and almost dead looking..." the doctor walked in looking between me and the nurse.

Should've let me die.

"And it turns out you collapsed from a bad day" the doctor continued, only because your perfectly healthy. We couldnt find anything wrong..."

"That's fine..." was all I could say before another doctor entered the room, she looked so much like y/n.

And the cycle begins.
