You walked into Starbucks and got in your spot to wait in line.

You were pretty much convinced the world was going to explode. Yours was at least; you fell out of bed this morning, had an excruciating migraine, and school absolutely killed you. You were so upset that literally all you wanted to do was eat a sandwich and drink coffee.

When it got to be your turn, you ordered a large iced coffee and leaned against the nearest wall, waiting for the fulfillment of your order.

They had a huge amount of costumers that day, so it took a while for your order to be completed. Once it was, you got in your car and drove away to a place you were still deciding on.

Maybe I could just go home, eat this, and rest. You thought. No. Knowing how loud my family is, that wouldn't happen. A park? You contemplated. It would be quiet there. Nobody will ask how my day was. You know what? Yeah, I will go there. You finally came to a conclusion, grateful to have thought of such a nice, serene place to enjoy yourself in.

After about twenty minutes of driving, you arrived at the city park. You parked your car and got out, bringing the food you purchased with you.

You found a bench in the middle of a patch of fresh looking grass and sat down on it. You decided it was too hard and moved to the grass, lying down. You just lied there for a few minutes and took a break from your hectic day.

Faintly, you heard footsteps approaching you. They became clearer and louder and then stopped, and you inferred that the person sat on the bench.

"You know you could have sat on this bench, right?" an unfamiliar voice questioned.

Haha. Of course. I will sense you're here now, Mr. Stranger.

"Yeah, I know." you replied back while smiling.

You opened your eyes and got up, sitting beside the handsome stranger. You took a sip of your coffee and looked at him.

He had lovely brown hair that arranged itself into a perfect effortless look and what you couldn't help but recognize as a super fit body. Your eyes met his blue ones and you laughed nervously.

"Bad day?" he guessed.

"Yeah." you nodded.

"You can tell me about it if it makes you feel any better." he offered you, scooting closer.

You smiled and took him up on his offer. He comforted you and gave you advice along the way.

You guys bought some chips and shared them.

"I think I have to go now." you announced.

"Sure. Let me walk you to your car." he said.

You let him and he protectively walked with you, opening the car door for you to get in once you arrived. You did and then you two just kind of stood there in silence for a few seconds. What do I do? I don't want to leave without a phone number or something; he was really nice.

"I forgot. We never said our names." he stated.

"y/n." you answered, looking shyly at the ground.

"Louis." he told you.

"Oh. Here, you may want these." he handed you the bag of chips.

"No. You probably want them more; you take them." you argued.

It's so stupid that we're arguing about who's keeping the chips.

"You know what? If you give me your phone number, I can give you these chips; then, it would be even." he suggested hopefully, smiling nervously at you.

"Only if I get your number, too." you smiled back.

"Deal." he said and you both exchanged numbers before you drove off. Maybe, my day wasn't bad after all...
