"It's okay, it's okay." he said getting on his knees. He held me in his arms and rocked me back and forth. I cried onto his chest.

"He's gone now, you're gonna be just fine." he whispered.

I wanted to push him away, but his warmth and touch weakened me.

"I love you." he said his voice just above a whisper.
"Not as a friend. I wanna protect you and hold you." he said rocking me in his arms.

I stayed quiet. He lifted me up carrying me to the guest bedroom. He gently placed me on the bed, and kissed my forehead.

"Thank you." I said.
"That's what friends are for." he said giving a weak smile.

He started to walk away.

"Don't go!" I called. He turned around.
"I'll be back in a sec, I promise."
"Okay." I sniffled.

Andrew disappeared for a few minutes and then returned.

"Hello, love." he smiled.
I patted the bed and he laid next to me.
"I took care of that guy." he said. I nodded, to show I understood.

He put his arms around my waist. I turned to face him. I hesitantly placed my head on his chest.

"We are more than friends." I said.
"Best friends?"
"No." I smiled.
"Mega best friends?"
"Nope."
"Friends with benefits?"
"No!" I laughed.
"Boy and girl friend?"
"Yea..."

He snuggled in closer and I could hear his heart beat. it faded as I fell asleep.

I awoke to find him putting on a nice suit.
"Someone looks fancy." I said.
"Well I'd hope so." he smiled walking over to the bed.
"Where are you going?" I asked.
"If I told you... I'd have to, tickle you!" he shouted and started tickling me.

"Stop! Andrew!" I shouted through fits of laughter.

"Get dressed. Breakfast is down stairs." he told me. I nodded and got ready.

"Well, someone looks lovely." he mimicked .

I smiled. he wrapped his arms around me pulling me into his chest. He loosened his grip a bit and put his head in the crook of my neck. It fit perfectly.

"I'm going to meet your dad." he said.
"You might die."
"I know, it's a risk I'm wiling to take."

He kissed my neck lightly.

"I love you." he said.
"I love you too."
