𝘼 𝘾𝙊𝙉𝙏𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙀𝘿 𝙎𝙄𝙂𝙃 escaped the brunette's lips as she continued to look outside the window of the moving train that was driving towards Birmingham, Mia was lost in her thoughts - thinking about her brother. She found out that her brother was running with some gang called the peaky blinders. Mia had done some digging before hand and found out that the gang was somewhat popular especially in small Heath.
Mia knew that they were dangerous people and didn't understand why her brother would want to stay in a city that that especially when all it follows it danger and murder with the line of business that the peaky blinders are currently in. She knew that the Shelby's were rumoured to be descendant from gypsies, not that Mia really cared as it was their beliefs but she just didn't believe in curses or magic, She believes that things happen for a reason whether something bad happens to them or not.
A married couple was sat front of Mia with their daughter as the three of them talked aimlessly with a beaming smiles on their faces. Mia couldn't help the small smile on her lips at the happy couple who was laughing joylessly together. Mia began to get even more nervous than she felt when she had gotten on the train from London when she caught sight of the smoke from Birmingham, construction sights, tall buildings and cloudy streets.
Mia stood up when she heard the sound of the train's steam go off, alerting everyone that they were almost near Birmingham as she pulled her fluffy coat on before grabbing her suitcase sending a smile to the small family huddled together. As soon as the train stopped she began making her way to the exit where the doors opened as she began to slowly descended down the small steps thanking a gentleman who helped her with her suitcase.
The Davis girl couldn't help but frown as her dark brown eyes glanced around as she was relived that she had finally arrived after traveling from the last 24 hours. Mia started to walk forward not evening bothering to search for her brother knowing that he had something come up so he couldn't meet up with her but he did give her address on where he lived. Mia pulled out a small folded up piece of paper, looking down as she continued walking through the train station trying her best to avoid bumping into any strangers having no idea where the hell she was going as she wasn't familiar with the town.
Something caught her eye causing her to raise her brows as she began to make her way to the reception in hopes for some directions to her brothers place when suddenly Mia felt somebody place a hand on her shoulder causing her to tense as she knew it wasn't anybody she knew or anyone that caught of her eye which made her clench her jaw releasing her suitcase before swatting said person hand, dropping to the ground swinging her leg under his feet making the man groan as he fell onto his back.
Mia placed her hand on her chest with her fist raised causing the unfamiliar man to hold his hands up in surrender still staying to catch his breathe after being winded by the small girl in front of him, " Whoa, whoa, whoa. Okay, seriously." Mia sighed in relief that it was just a man dressed in a fancy suit with a flat cap that was now on the ground beside him but what caught her eye was the razor blades sticking out of the hat causing her to realize that he was a peaky blinder - grabbing his hand she pulled him up from the floor with a guarded look on her face and inquired, " who the hell are you?"
