After Riley, John and Arthur had left, Mia had gotten changed into a beautiful blue dress after she finished snooping through her brothers stuff. Mia made her way down the streets with a determined expression on her face, deciding to go against her brother and wanted to explore the little town on her own as she was perfectly capable of looking after herself.
The streets of Small Heath were a lot different from New York, the smells weren't as nice as she went shopping to buy some more clothes and also because she needed to get some food as she recalled searching through Riley's cupboards who barely even had any food in and doesn't know how her brother had survived so long without her as he has a mind of a toddler who would rather be out and about causing mischief with his friends.
After the dark haired beauty had finished shopping, she began to make her way home turning into the street that was round the corner from Riley's for what she could remember the following night, her hands filled with bags of dresses, food and accessories she will need when a small boy accidentally ran into her causing her to drop her bags.
"I'm so sorry, miss" the boy apologised with wide eyes as he immediately helped the beautiful girl in front of him with her bags but she gave him a small smile and assured, " it's alright, sweetie. No harm done. Are you okay, you seem a little pale?" She questioned with an concerned look on her face causing the young boy to nod his head in response and told the brunette, " Yeah, I'm fine. Here let me help you take these home for you. I'm Finn by the way. Finn Shelby"
Mia raised her brows in curiously as she paused before she continued walking beside the young boy, " Your a Shelby?" She questioned quietly to herself nodding her head in acknowledgement as she stared at Finn for a moment as she could see how familiar he looked to his brothers especially John, " huh, are you one of John's children then?"
The Davis girl frowned as she examined the small boy as he looked old enough to be one of John's children but she shouldn't be so surprised especially after only just meeting him he seemed to be a huge flirt and wouldn't be surprised that he was probably a teen father. Mia was suddenly snapped out of her thoughts at the sound of Finn laughing loudly in amusement as he shook his head and corrected her, " No, I'm his brother"
Mia smiled down at the youngest Shelby as she could see how much he adored his family much like John and Arthur when they first introduced themselves to the raven haired beauty with some sort of proudness to be apart of the Shelby family not that Mia understood as it was the same thing with her brother when he going on about how the Shelby family were like his own kin.
"So have you met my family?" Finn curiously questioned looking up at Mia with a bright smile on his lips causing her to shake her head with a shrug of her shoulders, " Erm, Kind of" Mia answered awkwardly causing the young boy to nod his head in acknowledgement as he trusted the women beside him even if she was a stranger but there was something about Mia that made Finn just her but she had that effect on many people, " I'm Riley's sister, Mia. I live right next to you. You should probably know my name if your helping me out"
