"Emily...Wake up. You're gonna be late again." my mum Sighed,Shutting my Bedroom door behind her.
I rolled over so I was laid comfortable on my back. My brown curls draped over my tanned skin.
The sun from outside glowing into my eyes. Blinding me. I love sunny days.
I got my self together,Pulling my self away from my warm, cosy bed.
I hurried in the shower using my favourite coconut shampoo and conditioner, I let the steamy water drizzle down my back, waking me up a little bit more.
I stepped out of my rushed shower and wrapped a towel around my shivering body.
I glanced in the mirror making sure I had no bubbles left in my hair, and took off to my room.
My room is very long,Facing north, out to the street. The big window at the end gives me plenty of light so my makeup desk is right next to it.
In the centre of the side wall is my double bed,Sheeted with black bedding streaked with all different colours,my walls a pale white,Adding more light. My mirrored wardrobe is along the back wall, and on the left side wall is my bathroom area, with my shower and sink and toilet.
I have to admit,my room is pretty big.
I perched myself on my makeup desk taking all my essentials from my bag.
"Here" My mum said,Coming through the door and handing me some Pop Tarts to keep Me going at school today.
"Thanks Mum."
She left quietly, although I knew she were smiling.
My mum looks like me.
We have the same tanned skin and huge dark brown eyes.
The same dark red coloured lips that are big and eye catching.
So we have been told.
I quickly put on my foundation smoothing my skin out with my bronzer, quickly adding mascara and a tad bit of eyeliner with some glossy lipstick making my lips shimmer.
This may sound like a lot of makeup for an 18 year old,But I don't need much of it.
My friends always tell me how they wish they had my smooth tan skin and my beaming brown eyes.
I pushed my hair up into a messy bun,I like messy buns, they look teenager-ish.
I stood up,Shrugging off my black towel that hugged my body. I pulled up some patterned black and white leggings and a black tight vest top,Which automatically improved my curves.
Well. It defiantly made them stand out.
"You Ready Emily? I told you, you were going to be late." My mum stammered.
"Yes,I'm coming" I moaned jogging down the stairs with an extra bobble around my wrist.
In school, everyone wears them for fashion.
"Okay Baby girl,Have a good day at school,I'll see you when I get home sweetheart" My mum told me leaving for work. Kissing my dainty forehead softly.
My mum use to work at the local beer shop,So most of my friends parents know her,She's recently moved to The chemist in Skellow,Surrounded by strangers,Which she's only just recognising.
That's how I became 'popular' in my school.
And also because my Cousin was the schools bitch.
In all honesty,I love having people who like me,But being popular isn't really my life goal.
