Alex and Keagan

Chapter 3

The door opened up to reveal my brother. I was kinda disappointed, I was hoping for Alex to come check up on me.

"Are you okay Keagan, Alex said you weren't feeling well" Henry said and I could tell he was honestly concerned. I never miss out on pizza and hanging out with the guys.

I also am super pissed at Garrett right now, but I know he is a good guy and I'm not going to go tattle tail on him to my brother. I decided to just let that go, and I'm guessing Alex did to since he didn't tell Henry.

"I'm just really tired, I had a long day. I think I'm going to take a nap" I told Henry.

The concerned look lifted from his face and he just nodded his head understanding. I am surprised he actually cares, he is a good brother.

"Alright sissy, I'll make sure the guys keep it down. Have a nice nap" Henry said as he was walking out of my room.

"Wait" I called and he looked back at me confused.

"Can we talk for a second" I asked him.

"Sure Keagan, what's on your mind" Henry said as he walked back into my room and sat on my bed with me.

I really want to ask Henry why Alex doesn't like me, but I also don't want him to think I like Alex, which I kind of do though.

"What's going on between you and Monica?" I asked him to get the conversation flowing first. I will casually slip in Alex later, and I was also curious about Henry and Monica.

"Yeah I have been meaning to talk to you about that" Henry said looking away from me.

"I was wondering if we could drop that whole 'deal'" Henry said.

"Wait, you mean the 'DEAL', where we can't date each other's friends? That deal?" I asked him. I am completely surprised! He was the one to in force this role, why was he trying to take it back?

"Yeah, it's just...I really like Monica, Keags. I know she is your best friend and it totally goes against the deal, but she is really special and I want to know if you would give us a chance?"

I am completely shocked! My brother is not the type to go after a girl, he is the pursued not the pursui. If that makes any sense. Of all the people why my best friend.

As I think about it, maybe it's not such a bad idea. I always wanted a sister, and who better to be your sister then your best friend. The bad thing about this is all I can picture is my best friend and brother naked together! That's disgusting!

I sighed "Yeah, go for it Henry, but if you hurt her in any way I will personally kill you with my own two hands. Dad won't even miss you" I said to Henry with my best straight face so he knew I wasn't messing around.

"I promise I won't hurt her Keagan, I know she is special and she deserves the best" Henry replied.

"Exactly! I just don't want to hear about your sex life together" I informed him.

He chuckled. "Of course, but if we had mind blowing s-"

I cut him off. "I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR ABOUT IT" I yelled at him.

He laughed even more "So now that the deal is off, you can date my friends if you want." Henry said. "I know you have a thing for Alex."

OMG! How does he know about that. "What do you mean?" I said as innocently as I could.

He laughed even more. He kept laughing for a couple minutes, and tears started falling for his eye.

"What the fuck, Henry! Just answer the questions" I yelled at him.

"I'm sorry sissy, it's just everyone knows that you like Alex! Every time you are around him, you are practically eye fucking him!"

No, I do not! I recently just started liking Alex, or maybe not. Maybe I have liked him all along.

"Well Alex hates me anyway, so it's not even like we would date" I said to him.

"You are crazy Keagan" my brother said.

Wait, I'm the crazy one. This bitch just have a laughing attack for no reason. Whatever.

"Fuck you. Alex doesn't even talk to me" I said and I said it with sadness in my voice and Henry could hear it too.

"You just don't understand Keagan. Alex has a reason for why he doesn't talk to you" Henry said.

"Why is that? What's that reason?" I asked him.

"You will have to ask him yourself, it's not my place to tell. Sorry sissy" Henry said.

Whatever, I will find out and if Henry doesn't tell me then I'll find out some other way.

"So...can I have Monica's number?" Henry asked with a smirk on his face.

"Fuck off Henry, go back to your friends I'm sure they miss you" I replied.

"Oh, I'm sure they miss you more then they me" Henry said.

"What the fuck is that supposed to mean?" I asked him confused.

"Well now that the deal is off, I'm sure they will be all over you. That outfit isn't helping either" Henry said. "I'm sure by the end of the day boys will be blowing up your phone"

Yeah right, boys don't see me like that. I'm to sarcastic and I swear to much apparently. Whatever. My brother is completely wrong. I will walk into school the next day and it will be completely normal.

"I'm going to go see if the pizza is here. I'll save you a slice. Have a nice nap" Henry said and with that he was gone.

I wasn't done talking to him, but he will just have to wait because suddenly I am super tired and a nap sounds fantastic right now.

Tomorrow I will figure all this out, but right now I just need to sleep.

A few minutes later I fell asleep thinking about Alex Foster.
