Y/n POV.

I walk around Wangshuu inn bored out of my mind.

I work at Wangshuu inn and live here.

Hi I'm Y/n that's really all I could remember.

My dad left my mom and I when I was 4 and my mom put me in a box and put me on the river when I was 6.

I'm now 7 and Verr Goldet is my care taker.

She found me and is raising me she pays me a bit for helping around.

I always smile and thank her and put it in my piggy bank.

I normally help chef Smiley or Verr but there both busy and I finished sweeping.

So I decided to just walk around for a bit until I reached the top floor and saw a man on the balcony.

I smiled never seeing him before and wapked up to him.

Before I could even speak he went poof just like that.

Confused I looked everywhere but didn't find him.

I sigh and head back to Verr and asked her about him.

"Hey Verr!Who's the guy with black and tiel hair and weird clothes?" I asked.

She chuckled at my description "His name is Xiao he's an adeptus and if you want to talk to hik you might want some almond tofu."

Confused I asked "what's an adeptus?" "He's a God a gaurdian Yaksha conquerer of demons."

My eyes glow at her statement."So so if I can get to talk to him then can he train me and be my friend?" I asked her.

She chuckled at my expression but nodded nonetheless.
I ran down to chef Smiley down stairs cooking.

I walked over to him and pulled in his pants

He looked down and sighed "what do you eant kid?" I smiled "teach me how to make Almond Tofu!"
After explaining to me how its made he made me try.

I went over to th stove and took my materials.

After finishing my first Almond Tofu I made chef Smiley taste it

At first I was confident but seeing his face and expression I grew worried.

I hoped it was okay but I always had more tries.

Chef Smiley started coughing and my confidence asn't as big anymore.

He looked at me ten at the plat of Almond Tofu and sighed.

"This won't do you gotta practice kid." I sighed but nodded and tried again.

Almond Tofu after Almond Tofu failure after failure I finally got it just right.

I was confident this time I handed a small portion to chef Smiley and waited.

He soon smiled and nodded I smiled brightly and took the plate and went to the top.

I didn't see him there and sighed it was gettinf dark.

I went over and sat down on the balcony holding the plate of Almond Tofu.
