Y/n POV.

I walk around the halls with my clipboard in hand.

I was always in a rush.My name is Y/n L/n the official secretary of the 11 Fatui harbingers.

Childe always made me run errands and lead his underlings.

He always flirted with me to which I brushed off knowing his flirting meant nothing.

But to my demise I caught feelings very clichè.

I knew he could never love me which I accepted as soon as he laid eyes upon the traveler.

Her name was Lumine,Childe would make me bring her gifts from him when he was busy.

Soon she and I got close like bestfriends.Childe let me come on his missions like always to help him.

This mission he was really frustrated we'd been out here for 4 hours normally he wouldn't be so stressed.

I dared to ask him "Sr.Childe are you..okay?.." he turned around and looked at me "NO!I mean..no Y/n I'm not..drop the 'sr' we're about the same age.."

I nodded and stayed quite being the little detective I was I looked for clues on our bounty.

I smiled and grabbed a small piece of feathersa nd whispered bingo.

Childe bent down and looked at the feather and my clipboard.

He smiled "Well done Y/n."I nodded as a thank you and we went ahead.

Soon I saw a frame she looked kinda like Lumine.I squinted and saw Paimon.

Wait Paimon?!I ran towards them but instead Lumine brushed past me while Paimon went behind.

I looked at Paimon confused as she explained how Lumine and Childe had a date a few hours ago.

I made an O shape with my mouth and whipsered " so that's why he was frustrated earlier..."

Lumine stormed right up to Childe with an angry aura.Childe sadly smiled at her.

"WHY DID YOU JUST LEAVE ME THERE TO SIT ALONE FOR 3 HOURS CHILDE?!3 WHOLE HOURS,AND I COME LOOKING FOR YOU AND YOU'RE ON A MISSION?!ATLEAST MAKE TIME FOR ME!"

I thought for a bit before stepping in "Lumine,Childe I can do this mission alone so you both can be together."

Childe smiled and nodded while Lumine sympathized me."A-are you sure Y/n..?I'm sorry I was just frustrated please be okay."

I smiled and nodded "now go on your date and have fun!" I pushed them both infront as I smiled to hide the tears.

They went ahead and I heard then giggling and talking.

Paimon stared at them as they left and turned to me shocked.

Panicking she side hugged me as I let the tears fall out of my eyes.

Soon the tears stopped coming out and it dried up it still hurt though.
