Albedo POV.

I sigh and look back down to my checklist and sigh.

I run my fingers through my knotted hair.Ive been working on this expirement for days now..

Should I just give up?No.I'm sure it'll work,maybe I'm just doing something wrong..

I hear footsteps nearring my lab and slightly turn my head to check.

I see Sucrose and Y/n my lovely partner.

I smile at the both of them just talking and having fun.

I turn back to my experiment about to add some slime concentrate until it exploded.

I heard them both gasp as blue fog exploded into the air and in my face.

I sighed for the 15th time today.What is wrong with me?Why can't I get this expirement correct?

As I turn Sucrose gave me a napkin to wipe my face from the blue resedue.

I mumble a small thanks as she nods and helps Y/n clean up.

Sucrose gives me some papers and I just put them aside to read later as she leaves.

Y/n turns to me giving me a look to which I ignored and scribbled some stuff on my notebook.

Y/n POV.

I watch Albedo scribble some stuff after ignoring the look I was giving him.

How could he ignore my look?!I sarcasticly roll my eyes and head over to him.

I lean over his back my head on his shoulders as I snake my arms around his waist.

"You should rest y'know.." "I know, I know I just can't get this right.."

I thought for a moment before smiling "maybe resting would help you?"

He stopped scribbling and thought for a moment.

He humed "hm..I suppose that is a possibility.."

I smile "yeah~so c'mon let's get you some rest!"

He sighs "alright alright just let me finish.." I nod and head over to prepare him some soup.

I finish up the soup as Albedo tidies his lab before eating.

I grab two bowls and pour in the soup for both of us.

I'm not a master chef but I do know how to cook!

I walk over to the table he's sitting at and place the soups on there.

We ate in comfortable silence neither one of us talking just enjoying each others company.

We soon finished and as soon as he was about to clean them I dragged him away.

"We need to clean the dishes.." "those can wait until tomorrow its late!"

He knew I wouldn't back down so he nodded and let me drag him away.

I head into the tent and place my sleeping bag besides his and place the lamp next to me.

Albedo started removing his coat and hair combing through it in the process.

I took off my backpack and brought out a comb for him.

He thanked me and brushed through his hair.

I went out for a bit and put out the fire and made sure no hilichurls would attack.

I soom came back and Albedo was already in his sleeping bag waiting for me.

I get into my sleeping bag and start getting cozy.

Once I did I turn to Albedo as he was holding a soft smile looking at me.

"You look really pretty with your hair down.." he chuckles.

"Thank you,love..." he leans in to kiss my forehead as I smile at him.

We bid eachother goodnight and I turned off the lamp finally going to sleep.
