Waking Up

*Y/n's POV*

Y/n slowly becomes aware she is no longer in Limbo and is back in her own body as she wakes up. She becomes aware of noise. Y/n hears beeping. I'm in a hospital? How did I end up in a hospital?! Y/n was about to try to drift back into nothingness and sleep when she experiences a hypnic jerk. "Ah!" Y/n quickly sits up in the hospital bed, not knowing how close to the edge of the bed she was, and she ends up falling out of the bed. With her falling out of the bed, which causes the IV she was attached to as well as the heart rate monitor, fall as well.

Tarantulas comes running into the room when he hears the commotion. "You are barely here for even a day and already you've fallen out of bed!" Tarantulas yells.

Sasha comes running into the room with her daughter Sunny in tow. "By Primus, Tarantulas! She just woken up, freaking out, and she's scared. Just give her a break," said Sasha.

Y/n quickly backs up, yanking on the tube that the IV was attached to into hand.

"Can you not!!" Tarantulas grabs a hold of Y/n's wrist. "Get back in that bed and stay there or I'll tie you down!"

"Where am I?" Y/n asks.

"You're here in my lab. Rampage brought you here on the brink of death and I saved you," said Tarantulas.

"Dea...Oh..." The color drains from Y/n's face. "I was in Limbo..."

Tarantulas let's go of Y/n's wrist. "Get back in bed."

Y/n does as she was told. "So what happened?"

"You were on the brink of death. Shadow brought you back from Limbo," said Sasha.

"We are not sure what he did to repair what Shockwave has done to you, well what was going on inside that is. But from all appearances, your right arm is back to normal." Sasha walks over to the bed and shows Y/n what she meant. "See it's like you never had that whole ordeal happen with Shockwave in the first place."

Y/n stares at her arm in bewilderment. She was trying to process what she was seeing. Y/n couldn't believe it. Six months of living with what she hated about her, a choice she was forced onto all because Shockwave wanted to see what happened, her Cybertronion arm was now gone. "This is a dream. A horrible dream. I'll wake up and find myself back in my cell in Shockwave's laboratory." She breaks down and starts to cry, yanking her arm away from Sasha.

"Y/n this isn't a dream. We all seen Shadow bring you back to life. What we couldn't see was that he fixed the damage that was ravaging your body," said Tarn. He had just arrived to the room right as Y/n's freak out happened.

"Come on guys. Let's leave her be. She needs to process what is going on," said Sasha. She makes Tarantulas and Tarn leave the room.

Y/n pinches her right arm. She could feel herself pinching her skin and the pain sensation from the pinch. "I'm definitely dreaming," said Y/n to herself.

"You're not," said a voice from the doorway.

Y/n looks up and sees Rampage. "Definitely not a dream! Get out of here!" Y/n snaps.

"Hey if it wasn't for me, you'd be dead," said Rampage. He smirks as he walks closer to Y/n. "Going to be interesting to see what you turn into."

Y/n backs up on the bed without falling off of it. "Go away. Your scaring me."

"Good. Makes it so my spark can feed." Rampage was now close enough to the bed to the point he was almost leaning over Y/n. "But there are other ways I can feed..."

*Tarn's POV*

Meanwhile Tarn was down the hallway when he was talking to Tarantulas when they both hear a "Fuck!". Which was then followed by a clearly audible thud to the floor. Both Tarn and Tarantulas watch as Rampage makes a mad scramble out of the room in which Y/n was in. "Well?" Tarn asks.

"That girl of yours has a nasty right hook," said Rampage. He had his shirt up to his face, covering his nose. "She's gotten a good punch in though."

"That's good. Whatever Shadow did to fix Y/n and her right arm, from as far as we can tell, worked. Sorry we had to use you as a Guinea pig," said Tarantulas.

"It's whatever. Wouldn't be the first time" Rampage wipes the blood off his face. "If anyone needs me, I'll be waiting outside." He leaves the lab area.

Tarn laughs a little. "That should teach him to leave Y/n alone for the time being so she can recover in peace."

"Maybe during the time she recovers, you can work on quiting your addiction to Nuke. I know you still take the stuff. When was the last time you transformed to either your Robot Mode or Vehicle Mode?"

Tarn remins silent.

"Have you told Y/n how it ruins your T-Cog?" Tarantulas stares at Tarn's face, even though it was covered by the mask he wore. "Yet you cannot stand it when someone lies and yet you choose not to tell Y/n the truth. I suggest you stop taking it for her sake since you are pretty much a father figure to her. As far as we know, her family abandoned her and your the only family she has left, besides the ones who make up the Decepticon Justice Division. Funny how you adopted a bunch of misfits and treat them as your own."

"It was either take in Y/n when she needed me most or leave her to the fate of both her mother and brother," said Tarn before he leaves the lab as well.
