"Luke Anderson Martinez!" I immediately took off my sunglasses as I saw how her artificial hair sways as she walk towards me with her bright smile plastered on her beautiful face.
Ramdam ko ang pagbilis ng tibok ng puso ko, reminding me of how much I love this woman in front of me.
"You're so beautiful." the only words I could tell her as she stop a meter away from me.
She instantly flipped her hair and winked at me.
"I get that a lot." she said before scooting closer to me and kissed my lips.
"I know I'll caught you off guarded." ngisi niyang sambit sa akin.
"Maybe next time, I'll prepare myself with a warrant of arrest." agad naman niya akong tinaasan ng kilay.
"Dahil ninakaw ko ang puso mo? My goodness Mr. Martinez, you are being lame again, those pick up lines are already outdated." she said and shifted her attention to Daisy who's currectly rechecking our packed medicines.
Leaving me, pouting. Cursing the site I read last night. What a scam! How to flutter your girlfriends heart, my ass.
"Luke and Mia, just to make sure that the two of you won't forget about taking your individual medicines, I already set alarms through your phones." seryosong sabi ni Daisy sa amin and return our phones.
"Don't you dare put your phones in silent mood, lalo ka na Luke Anderson and make sure na sa pag-uwi mo buhay pa yang cellphone mo or I'll kill you." singhal ni Lendy sa amin, I mean sa akin.
"Answer our calls and please give us a peaceful sleep by reporting your whereabouts including before and after you both take your medicines." exaggerated na sabi ni Daisy.
"Eat properly, no alcohols allowed for you two. Since both of you know how to drive, you can switch places huwag niyo masyado pagurin sarili niyo. Hays, bakit ba kasi kayo pinayagan. May amats ba mga doctor dito Daisy?" sabi pa ni Lendy kay Daisy, which Daisy just shrugged.
"Even me, kahapon ko pa iniisip kung bakit pinayagan tong dalawa and besides, your father even suggested not to asked for a driver. Masyado atang supportive Tatay mo, pati magulang ni Mia para mag solo tong dalawa." at talagang na-isipan pa nilang pag usapan kami ng harap harapan.
"I agree. Ramdam ko ang favoritism sa pamilya namin simula ng magkaayos na sila Dad at Luke." She even glared at me, before returning her gaze to Daisy. "Kase, noon, when I was still engage with SOMEONE. Dad never approved such things like this." I'm sure, she sounded so bitter as she emphasized that someone, knowing that her SOMEONE is just behind her loading our stuffs.
Nagkatinginan naman kami ni Mia, at tahimik na tumatawa. I hold her hands and intertwined it together with mine. Rinig ko ang gulat na singhap ni Daisy sa kabila.
"You were? Wait, bakit ngayon mo lang sinabi?" Lendy was about to answer Daisy, ng nilagpasan ni Cederick si Lendy na parang wala lang. Lendy just rolled her eyes.
"Mga bitter." Mia whispered. Tumawa naman ako.
"Parang hindi ka naman naging bitter." balik kong bulong sa kanya, which she ended up giving me a flick of her finger. Agad ko namang hinalikan ang likod ng kamay niya na hawak hawak ko.
"Uy, ano na?" rinig naminh pangungulit ni Daisy kay Lendy.
"Drive safely, you can rest in any stop over na makita niyo. Please don't strain yourselves." stoic na sabi ni Cederick.
"Bigyan mo naman ng buhay boses mo men, alam ko naman na mamimiss mo ako." nakangising sabi ko kay Cederick.
"Kailan ba naging close nurse mo kay Lendy, Mia?" dertsahang tanong ni Cederick pero mahina lang. Mia just giggled.
