(Chapter 9)(months of nothing but family)
(Jax's p.o.v)
I was enjoying time with my family . I was sitting in the chair . Nathaniel looked at me. He was sitting up and had been crawling quite a lot lately. Nathaniel stood up and walked to me. "Blaise baby come here!!" I say, she had been in the kitchen cooking breakfast . "Yeah?" She asked. "Look". I say. She smiled. "That's great, well time for baby gates again." She says. I smiled. "Great I get to trip over them all over again, for the third time". I say. She laughed. "Look it ain't my fault that you can't walk right". She says. "Hey when I get up in the middle of the the night to get me something to drink and I trip and fall on my face, it ain't funny". I say. She laughed. I picked up my son and blew on his belly making him laugh.
It's been months now and me and BG were gonna go on another run. Riley who was 4 months pregnant was gonna stay with Blaise for the time that we were on our run.
(Blaise's p.o.v)
The phone rang.
Me: hello?
Gemma(Jax's mom): hey.
Me: what'd ya need?
Gemma: I was wondering if I could keep the kids so you and Jax could have a night alone.
Me: No Gemma I told you I don't want you around my kids; last time you had them you got drunk! And even got into a car accident almost killing Abel!! You will not see them!!
Gemma: fine, but you'll regret this!!!
I hung up the phone forcefully.
"Something wrong?" Riley asked. "Just Jax's stupid ass momma". I growled. "She giggled. "Oh I'm glad I don't have mother in law problems, Becky is wonderful." Riley says. I smiled . "She is a sweetheart". I say.
Jax came back home, late.
The kids were already in bed.
I was in the kitchen. I had put up the gates earlier. He walked and fell over it. "Dammit!" He growled. I giggled. "Shut the fuck up." Jax says jokingly to me. "Watch where your walkin'" I say. He rolled his eyes, got a mountain dew outta the fridge and kissed my mouth.
