You and Taehyung come out of the room after hearing a loud noise of someone yelling. When both of you reach the source, your eyes pop out in panic. You see Namjoon and V, standing head to head while sending a challenging glare with one another. 

''Guys stop it! V, that's enough.'' Jungkook tried to get in the way, but his friend didn't take the hint to back out. Instead, you see his jaw clicking out of rage while tightening the grip against Namjoon's collar.

''No. I won't. How dare he speak to Taehyung like that? What do these people think? Just because they act a certain way, they all expect everyone else to follow their lead? Well, guess what? My brother may be quiet because of his girlfriend, but I don't owe any good books to y'all.'' He lowly talks, tone dangerously crossing the line of warning. 

''V! Stop.'' Taehyung comes in between to stop.

''Yeah, tell him to stop or he will regret coming here. Y'all come and stay at our house and instead of being grateful, you run your mouth like this? You and your entire family can fuck off for all I care.'' Namjoon talks back. You felt panic inching in your throat, making you feel like wanting to throw up.

''Well, thank you so much for letting us stay. But do not make us pay like this! I won't tolerate the bullshit that comes out of your mouth!'' V snaps back. ''And that too, about Taehyung.''

''Then get the fuck out! You are worse than your brother! You are selfish enough to ruin his relationships but won't tolerate if I say the truth?!'' Namjoon provoked.

''Joon! Stop it!'' You cry, desperately try to hold him behind.

Hoseok and Yoongi were holding onto your mother, who seemed to be feeling weak due to the situation unfolding in front her. Jin then enters the room with Jimin and finds himself getting shocked at the tensed atmosphere. 

V was clenching out of anger, he knew he didn't have an answer to that and he hated the fact that it was because of him, Taehyung has to suck everything up, trying to get back Y/n. Namjoon scoffed when he found silence from V. ''What? truth hurts?''

''That's not true.'' Taehyung speaks. 

''What?'' Namjoon then raised a brow to Taehyung.

''I said that's not true.'' You weren't sure if you were dreaming or you could see Taehyung's jaw clicking to tighten itself. His eyes indicated the hidden fire that was waiting to be provoked. You felt scared and weak. That was something you've yet to witness from Taehyung. Never in years, Taehyung would ever speak to defend anyone or even himself. He always let others do the talking while he looked down upon himself and accept every criticism and harsh words. 

''V is not selfish. He never was and never will be. Mr Kim, I can allow you to talk about me all you want. But, not V. he has done a lot for me, so much that I will never be able to pay off. He took care of me after our mother passed away. He even gave up his own feelings for the sake of me. Not only that, he told everyone around me to be there for me when he cannot. Wherever I am today, it's because of him. He is not selfish.'' The words came out sternly from his mouth. He was angry.

''He never shows he's in pain because he doesn't want to confuse me. He tried to teach me and improve my social anxiety, my ability to understand you guys, Y/n and everyone. If I am here right now, it's because of him. DO NOT talk like that about him. If you expect us to leave, we will do that. But, there's no reason to accuse him like this.''
