Chapter 15: Dad meets Cheng [EDITED]

~Y/N's PoV~

I sighed in annoyance, I knew exactly who this was. I turn around and faced Cheng. He was wearing a casual blue polo, black jeans and some sneakers.

Surprisingly his friends wasn't with him. I always thought they would be with him 24/7 like that cliché gang you see in movies and they protect their leader

"Get lost" I spat at him. I didn't want to here if he was here. So, I looked at my food again and ate the last piece.

I took the small paper plate and threw it in the trash can. I grabbed my bicycle that was parked just beside the food stall and start walking away with it

"Hey!" I heard him call me. I ignored him and kept walking with my bicycle on my side. I decided it would be a good idea to use my bike now to get away from Cheng

So I did. I sat on my bike and paddled away from him.

I finally got to the apartment. I stopped paddling and quickly got off my bike "Hey!!" I heard someone yell

I groaned in annoyance. I can't believe that he followed me all the way here. I look back to see him running towards me

He then was in front of me, breathing heavily. When he was done, he faced me. I had enough of him and asked him "What do you want?"

"I want to say sorry" he apologized and bowed to me. I don't even know what to do. Should I forgive him or not?

You know what. I'm gonna forgive him. I think that's the only way to get rid of him "我接受你的道歉"(I accept your apology) I spoke and he smiled. I knew he was planning

1. Apologize to me
2. Asks me if we're now friends
3. If I say yes then he'll try to gain my trust and try making me join the dojo

Yeah this plan is not gonna work.

"但这并不意味着那是朋友。"(But that doesn't mean that were friends) I continued and he looked confused. I then heard someone yell my name "Y/N!" I look up to see my dad looking at me. He then noticed Cheng and quickly left, I think he was coming down

I was correct. I saw him came down the stairs and approached us. My dad glared at Cheng and asked "Why are you here?" Cheng looked like he was about to piss himself

"我只是想和你女儿谈谈先生"(I just wanna talk to your daughter sir) He told my dad nervously. For a guy that knows Kung fu, he's scared to talk to my dad who doesn't even know how to tie his own tie.

My dad only rolled his eyes "你不许和我女儿说话，而且她似乎也不想和你说话"(You are not allowed to talk to my daughter, and it seems she does not want to talk to you either) My dad said and put on a fake smiled at him. My dad then turned around to face me and gave me a bright and true smile.

"Let's go sweetheart, i'll carry your bike upstairs." He grabbed my bike with two hands and carried it. I glanced at Cheng who was standing there while me and my dad went inside the building

"Why was he talking to you?" He asked me. He was getting ready to go to work, I fixed his tie and fixed his suit

I shrugged "I dont really know. Just don't mind him dad, I think he's trying to make me join the dojo" I told him and he nodded

I looked at the wall clock that was on the living room "You better go now, dad." I said. He grabbed his bag that was on the coffee table and kissed my forehead

"I'll be back tonight, you don't have to stay up late to wait for me" He said and I nodded. He walked over the front door to open it "Oh and if your feeling lonely, you could just knock on Sherry's door and stay there for a while and also there's food on the fridge, just heat it up if you get hungry" He continued and left

"Bye dad!"
