"Come on man, what's all this hype? It's not like we're all going anywhere, we might be almost adults but it's not like we're going off to universities and pursuing professional careers,"said Nico in a bored way on seeing all the excitement for the new school year. The students are weird who gets hyped up for a new school year out of everything?

"Yes Nico, I know we're bound to be trapped here helping save humanity, doesn't mean we can't be happy about the upcoming year, especially when you know the real excitement is about the students finally coming back home," Drake replied with a shrug.

Olympus High was an elite school, if you have to call it something, with the only students enrolled either being direct heirs of the Greek gods, their legacy, or their offspring's offspring. It was located at the end of a forest in the mountains surrounded y steep cliffs. Just like it's name it was built on the highest mountain spreading on for miles and miles. It was hidden from the view of humans by spells and enchantments making a barrier around the school. The school not only taught half-bloods but also housed and trained them. Grounds were covered in large swimming pools, running tracks, sparring grounds, archery areas and the Armoury contained every weapon known to mankind since the Greek gods.

Nico and Drake were some of the oldest students at Olympus High, direct half-blood heirs of Apollo and Ares respectively. They were enrolled here since they were 10, both of their mother's wanting to make sure they remained safe. Since then they have been like two peas in a pod. Nico and Drake were quite different, Nico being sarcastic and blunt whereas Drake being his polite self all the time to everyone, always scared of accidentally hurting someone's feelings.

In all honesty Olympus High was home. The teachers and mentors were always considerate, and the students body were almost cousins or in some dysfunctional way distant relatives, literally.

"Which students are finally coming back? I didn't know we were short of any students," Nico asked as they strolled the long hallways of their school trying to reach our classes.
"I don't really know but they're both kids of the big ol' three, so you understand the hype. Apparently they're as old as us but they left at the age of 15 for some unknown reason. I'm quite sure we crossed paths with them but it's been 4 years so we all have probably forgotten each other."

But an itching at the back of Nico's mind made him think otherwise.
