"But penny" Tom chuckled "when i said you can go off on your own, i didn't mean get stuck halfway down a cliff face" he laughed as sam joined in as Nipper ran around with the sausages
"Ok, i didn't mean to get stuck" penny started trying to not sound annoyed "but the rope got caught and yeah, guess it was lucky Norman and Mandy found that flare" she smile at Tom and Sam
"Yeah, imagine if Norman had set it off as a firework" Sam shook his head
"Well, you would be called there as flares are for emergencies and then Norman would be in so much trouble" Tom explained
"I know, i don't think that boy realises that flares are not toys" Sam told them as they agreed
"Right, well, as nipper has taken my sausages, i'll go get some more and cook up some more bangers" he chuckled before heading into the mountain rescue centre leaving Sam and Penny alone outside watching nipper run around
"So, how did you manage to even get stuck" Sam laughed as Penny gave him a stare
"Like i said, Sam, i was absalianing down the cliff face and the rope got caught, then saw Norman and Mandy with their flare, Mandy threw it up to me and then you know the rest" she smiled kindly at him as they looked into eachothers eyes for a few seconds before Tom emerged and put some sausages on the barbeque
"Right, who wants some" he beamed as he served up some sausages to himself, Sam and Penny
"Nipper! No!" they yelled as the dog took the rest of the sausages on the BBQ
