As Ophelia journeyed out the Eclipse garden she had remembered, the unfortunate events that occurred to Rosetta whilst she was working as Yvonne's advisor, one of which was that she would frequently abuse her for no apparent good reason.
In hindsight, you could see Yvonne's character was that of a stupid, basic, 2D villaness. Especially from the way she'd been portrayed in the novel, her kind of personality was easy to understand and her behaviour was simpler to predict because she acted on impulse and emotion.
Needless to say it was obvious she gained a strange satisfaction from seeing the ruin of those around her, no matter their relationship to her.
Yvonne's character was a jealous one. Anyone that had anything better than her own she'd envy, and anyone who had lesser than her (e.g status, looks, money, connections) she'd bully.
And Rosetta was more beautiful than Yvonne but her noble status had a lot less power, as the daughter of a Barron. With both of this and Rosetta's soft and naive character, she became the perfect victim for Yvonne.
This made a perfect opening for the Crown Prince to become the knight in shining armour and save her from his evil sister.
After seeing how kind he is, and how many times he'd rescued her Rosetta began to fall for Casper.
Everything on the outside, in the novel seemed so simple.
But, Ophelia couldn't risk letting this happen, because this would mean doom for her, the Duke who fell for her and Rosetta and Casper themselves.
' They should be very close' Ophelia guessed ' Since in the book Yvonne would always do her duties with Rosetta in the Eclipse Palace,' she looked back to her 2 maids and asked " Could we take a stroll through this garden's Palace?"
The two of them bowed and said, " Yes your Majesty, it is open to all the residents of this Royal estate," one of them replied, the other said, " We could give you a tour if you prefer?"
Ophelia nodded and so they headed into the Palace.
'I pray that I get there in time before Casper, or that they're even there!' she hoped as they walked through the large and wide halls.
'I need to get more friendly with Rose because that is the only way she will trust me more'
Nevertheless, as the tour had just begun at the end of the hall in the large and spacious living room, you could hear the muffled screams of the angry Yvonne.
